I recently ordered a keyboard from Dreamware Tech and I’m really impressed with the whole experience. It definitely felt like a premium experience. Delivery was quick and arrived in perfect condition. The packaging was solid and secure, so there was no worry about damage during shipping. What stood out the most though was the customer service. They were friendly, responsive, and made the process smooth from start to finish. Overall, I’m really happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Dreamware Tech. Scentimental.co.za last year and the order process went smoothly, there was a hiccup with my package as one of the bottles broke due to the courier company but the team at Scentimental quickly corrected the issue and sent a new bottle. I purchased 4x 50ml perfumes and received a travel and roller ball for free! What a score! The scents are not exactly like the original which is expected but it's very close and the scent lasts very long. I will definitely repurchase!
I booked a cruise with Bryony Schofield and was blown away by her amazing customer service. The whole booking process was such a pleasant experience. She is so delightful and patient. She dealt with my 1000 questions and answered every one of them to the best of her ability and in a timeous manner as well. She went out of her way to answer a few questions I had just before my trip while she was on leave and made an effort to wish us well before our trip! And that to me was VERY kind of her. Bryony Schofield is such an asset to Pentravel. I cannot wait to book my next holiday with her!
<p>I purchased a lamp from Superbalist last year and when I finally wanted to mount the lamp, I discovered that the lamp fixture was the incorrect colour and did not match the image I saw on the site.</p> <p> </p> <p>Before logging my exchange request, I chatted to Melissa via the live chat feature on the site. She reckoned that the phone lines were out (21/03) when I asked for someone to contact me because I had a bad experience with exchanging a product before. We chatted back and fourth before I asked her if she could contact me the next day regarding my concern about logging the return and to my surprise, she didn't bother calling me.</p> <p> </p> <p>After I logged the exchange, I fell into the hands of Kaashiefa Naidoo. She was amazing to deal with. She was patient and answered all my questions in such a friendly manner. She kept me in the loop of what was happening with my exchange request. The product was approved for exchange but then I received an email that the product was out of stock. Kaashiefa contacted the seller of the lamp and managed to get me the correct item! Kaashiefa and Superbalist .com went over and above my expectations. Awesome work, Kaashiefa! Keep it up!</p>
