Absolutely disgusting. PnP steeldale sold me rotten meat. I held on for more than 10min to speak to customer care with no answer.
Capitec responds to complaints very quickly but then they don't follow through. They phone and listen to the complaint. They promise to resolve the issue but then they never get back to you again. Two agents Bongi Mhawa and Siyabonga Blayi have responded to my qeury but have never resolved the problem or even gotten back to me with feedback.
All my debt is paid up. It has taken over two months after settling all my accounts and nothing have been done. I had to get all the paid up letters myself. After sending them said letters numerous time they still haven't done anything. Today after 2 + months they email FNB to het the settlement letter which I have emailed to them 4 times. I honestly don't actually know what I paid for seeing as I have handle everything myself anyway. You can't get hold of them on the phone. I spent about 20 minutes this morning listening to hold music without actually speaking to a person. This is not the first time this has happened. NO ONE bothers to answer a call. I absolutely disappointed in the lack of service.
My credit score has been negatively impacted by the absolute incompetence of Capitec. My loan was settled in full. Not a month later they listed a missed payment. After I sent them the proof of payment and their settlement letter.This has still not been rectified. The missed payment will reflect on my credit score for 6 years. I have asked them numerous times to fix this. But nothing has been done. Next step die the ombudsman.
You cannot get hold of the couriers. I've been trying to get hold of them through every possible channel. I keep getting automated responses. I've been trying for more than a week to change my delivery address. This is ridiculous.
Absolutely useless and ***********. I received a settlement letter and pay my loan in full less than 10 minutes later. I was waiting for a paid up letter but instead got an outstanding amount. Capitec made a mistake. I paid the amount in full but they captured it incorrectly. I have sent the proof of payment numerous times. Tracey Paulson was supposed to sort my query out. She has not responded to one follow up email. She does not answer her phone. The call center staff can't seem to comprehend that I do not have an account with Capitec I only have a loan. After this experience I will never have a Capitec account and I will definitely make sure everyone else knows what level of service to expect.
I would like to thank Patricia Parenzee who is a product manager at Sanlam Employee Benefits administration. She has been so helpful and professional. Patricia made sure that the other departments that I was referred to got back to me. She has really made my experience dealing with Sanlam a good one.
You would think with the sate PnP is in they would up their customer service. I order from ASAP atleast once a week. My order was fully invoiced but short delivered. After holding on forever, I was told my query might be reviewed by this afternoon. The confirmed that they where supposed to deliver 2 bags but the driver only gave me one. I phoned the call center about 5 min after receiving the partial order. They could have gotten hold of they driver to bring my package. But instead it had to go to admin and they will decide what to do. I don't want a refund on the item, because I will have to spend extra money to then receive the thing I ordered in the first place.
The complete incompetence of the customer service staff is appalling. KFC Dalview in Brakpan literally stole my money. I have been emailing and phoning for almost a month (since 14 June) to get this issue resolved. I have wasted my time and money having to send mail after mail and phone call after phone call. Not only did they ***** from me, I doubt that I will be compensated for they money wasted trying to get this sorted out.
Discovery Vitality is a ****. I've tried for almost a year to get my healthy food benefit loaded. The app give an error every time. I've sent numerous emails, made numerous call and online chats. Still nothing has been done. I'm paying for a benefit I can't use.
