This is the WORST "courier" company that I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. 3 days in a row, they have missed delivery after the vendor and tracking info said it is out on delivery. When I complained to the vendor they told me that Speedsaf said I needed to reschedule - complete lie and when I finally got through on WhatsApp to Speedsaf they only rep**** try for another day as they ran out of time. There is no phone working on Speedsaf and it took a week of constant WhatsApp bombarding to get a single reply back. They are terrible and I still do not have the parcel. My next move is reporting the parcel ****** at SAPS and following the steps from there as that is the only logical conclusion. Avoid at all costs.
Absolute worst service in South Africa. They do not answer emails, whatsapp or phonecalls. The parcel is presumed missing and they do not answer anything. I’m opening a case of ***** and theft with the SAPS against this terrible company. They also lost all my business in future. Do NOT use this **** company ever.!! Worst is that I paid them for this non-existant service!

I have tried calling them probably 20 times and emailed over 10 times in a span of 2 weeks now - no reaction whatsoever and no one answering the only contact numbers. I'm also taking this up with my bank and also with SARS as CIPRO has provided me with the owners' details. STAY AWAY- not a real business - there is no way this can be a legit business.

<p>Mothersday - I bought very expensive flowers for my mom. Ordered well ahead of time and made the delivery date for the 13th - just in case something happens on the 14th as this year is ultra important.</p> <p> </p> <p>After many mails, phonecalls etc, Netflorist tells me they can not deliver and may do so on the 15th. </p> <p>Nothing have been delivered yet and the delivery to my wife was incomplete!</p> <p> </p> <p>Do NOT use this overpriced incompetent scam of a company. They will gladly take your money but even when it is truely important will not even deliver the basic service for which you paid so much.</p> <p> </p>
