Not sure if toykingdom.co.za is a *****ulent site. Half my order arrived. No communication as to when the rest of my order will come. Repeatedly tried to email and call the customer care to no avail. Called the Sandton city store and they said they have no alternate numbers or email address and quite simply can't help. Tried the CEO and the managing directors emails as well as this is ridiculous. Bought a doughnut at Pick ‘n Pay bryanston on Sunday the 8th of January 2023 and I saw a bit of fuzz so I flipped it over and the entire thing was green fuzzy and mouldy. We did not return it as we don’t live close to the branch however the incident was appalling.
Nonna's sandton city. It was a highly unpleasant experience. Arrived. At 17:30 only to be told they only start serving after 18:00. However their website or google search made no mention of this and for all intents and purposes showed as open. Which was already a collosal waste of time for sub par food. We only intended waiting as they are one of very few halaal restaurants that serve pasta in sandton. I honestly wouldn't recommend or go back as the owner or managers were so rude as well while we waited. Just atrocious.
I ordered a pair of shoes online in my regular size they were unfortunately too big. The sales associate proceeds to tell me I damaged the shoes to which I informed him that means they arrived damaged as they're much too big and I did nothing more than try them on in my bedroom. He proceeded to give me the wrong size as they didn't have the size I wanted and the shoes he gave me were both dirty at the bottom the ones I returned were pristine and the shoes he gave me had signs of glue and tears on the product. It was just really rude from the get go. I then asked for a gift card and was told there were none. The sales associate sighed audibly when I asked for my size in other shoes as today was my last day I needed to get it sorted and did not have time to go to another branch today. I then said I would like a refund since there were no gift cards and I saw nothing else I wanted. He said only credit cards could be processed for refunds which I understand but then proceeded to magically produce a gift card to refund to all while sighing loudly. It was just a really unpleasant experience and I felt as though I had done something wrong to need and want a refund. I love Steve madden shoes and this has left a really bitter taste in my mouth.
I placed an order with vodacom for fibre. I was lied to by two sales associates who said my fibre would be installed within the same week as my router being delivered. I was later informed it would only be installed three weeks after my router was delivered. I cancelled the order and I was the blocked from making use of another ISP as they took forever to cancel my order. It felt like poor service on top of poor service.
I attempted to return a ring as it was nearing its 30 day period for a refund. I was told that the store did not have cash and I should return at a later date. I was called and told there was cash on the Monday and said i would come in on the Tuesday to return. Upon driving all the way there I get told “the person with access to the money isn’t here”.
<p>I was in Forever New Woodmead and asked them to check their system for the correct size I know they can't move sales items between branches so upon being told which branch (Rosebank) had it I went to Rosebank who informed me they don't believe having ever gotten that dress in. I was also told Mall of Africa edgars had the dress so the next day i called ahead because i had no intention of driving there to be disappointed I gave them the product code and my cell number and asked to please be called back both if they do and don't find it and nothing at all three days later. So i feel like I was sent on a wild goose chase. </p>
