Took our car in for aircon regas. They said the guy who does it checks for leaks before doing rhe regas. Murphys law they don't pick up a leak and not even 24 hours later and the aircon is not working. We take the car back (bare in mind all the travelling, uber costs back and forth for work) he tells us to leave it there overnight and fetch following day. Only to find out no, we must bring it AGAIN but for 3 days this time!!!! Now we thinking gosh these guys are wasting our time and money. I ask for a refund but there's every excuse not too. We took it to Ben's auto in Randburg only to find out it was a seal. They then regassed. I ask Bryan garage again for refund and nothing. What a waste of time and money. And poor customer service. Won't be going back there for a service or ANYTHING of the like.
I have been passed around to 12 different staff at Takealots refunds and returns team. This has gone on for a month now and they are sitting with both the merchandise (a couch) and my money (R9000). I returned the couch +/-4/5 days after receiving it. (A gift for my mother on Xmas) she however did not like it. The couch was returned brand spanking new back and fine writing said free returns and refunds withing 30 days if used etc. They are now claiming couch was used and we have about 15 pictures of evidence it's unused. They want to now bring the couch back to my mother's house only then to log another fault to take it higher up. Can you fathom the idiocy of it? I cannot believe the incompetence I find once again with this company. A Christmas gesture gone wrong!!!
Unprofessional and poor customer service. Myself and 5 other complex members have never been so poorly handled by these lawyers. It's taken almost a year to register our sectional title while they all sit with our money. Nothing gets done, mistakes get made, people aren't informed and we forever left in the dark. My emails take over a week to get responded to with as little information as possible. Let's just ask what the hell have they really been doing this entire period?! Mistakes on formal documents causing further delays and time consuming errors. I have never dealt with such an ill run company of lawyers in my life. And no apologies, honesty or care. Stay far away!!!!!
Tebogo Motaung gave excellent customer service to me in order to change my car insurance. He has a good sense of humour, was quick, efficient and professional.
