The Garage bryanston - good experience
Very good experience with manager Grant earlier today. Sorted out a brake issue I was having and wouldn't let me pay because it was a "quick fix". They squeezed my car in without an appointment because I was under time pressure and thoroughly inspected everything and made sure the problem was sorted properly.

The Garage bryanston - good experience

Awesome service from ETHAN!
I went to The Garage in Hobart yesterday because my car's charging port/that cigarette lighter thing was no longer working. The service I received from ETHAN was amazing. Not only did he fix the problem, he also went an extra mile to explain what happened in simple terms cos I wouldn't have understood him otherwise. Thank you so much ETHAN. You made this lady very happy yesterday. Stay AMAZING! 🥇

Awesome service from ETHAN!
I went to The Garage in Hobart yesterday because my car's charging port/that cigarette lighter thing was no longer working. The service I received from ETHAN was amazing. Not only did he fix the problem, he also went an extra mile to explain what happened in simple terms cos I wouldn't have understood him otherwise. Thank you so much ETHAN. Terrible Service
Took our car in for aircon regas. They said the guy who does it checks for leaks before doing rhe regas. Murphys law they don't pick up a leak and not even 24 hours later and the aircon is not working. We take the car back (bare in mind all the travelling, uber costs back and forth for work) he tells us to leave it there overnight and fetch following day. Only to find out no, we must bring it AGAIN but for 3 days this time!!!! Now we thinking gosh these guys are wasting our time and money. I ask for a refund but there's every excuse not too. We took it to Ben's auto in Randburg only to find out it was a seal. They then regassed. I ask Bryan garage again for refund and nothing. What a waste of time and money. And poor customer service. Won't be going back there for a service or ANYTHING of the like.

My previous experience with The Garage Bryanston was not by the usual manager as he was off ill, it was by a fill-in named Renier. The quote was ridiculous and I feel ****** for the service I got and how much I paid for it. Please ensure that fill-in's are able to do the job. Now I have been repeatedly asked to take down my post and I can't do this unless I get a refund. I paid R1795 for engine oil (not an engine flush), an oil filter, and a minor check (no fixing of any kind). They did not even change my plugs. That was the most expensive car wash I have ever paid for. Curice

Never use them I beg you
This business is just a money making scheme and doesn't know their bum from their elbow I took my Chevy Sonic 1.6 for a service and had blown a head gasket total bill was over 40k tell me? Why are you trying to replace my clutch at R7000 without labour charges.. the clutch kit at cost is half that if not less.. they did a service and let me just say they have put damaged parts in my car or blatantly **** about doing what was asked of them I'm furious this isnt how a business should run no matter the situation

The Garage Bryanston - Do Not Use!!!
I had sent my Hyundai Atos 1.1 for a service and was quoted 32K in repairs (thereafter a discount of 15% was given to me and they charged me 27K). Firstly my uncle repaired my cambelt about a year back. I needed a new clutch kit, front wheel baring and bake pads. I found a more affordable mechanic who done all of this for R6500 including labour costs. the garage still charged me R1795 for the minor service which they changed my oil and done a 77 point check. They did not change any plugs or do a proper service at all and charged me R1795. Additionally, they cut one of my pipes that the other mechanic had found was to neat to be ware and tare (I assume because I refused to pay R27K). It is sad to see people abuse their power, blatantly rob people and cause more issues in your car. After seeing the reviews below I realise it is not just me, this seems to be a trademark MO of theirs. Please do not use them. Affordable and reliable mechanic: 081 703 2442

UNQUALIFIED MECHANIC AT THE GARAGE BRYANSTON
Took my Citi Golf 1.4i for a basic service (oil filter change, etc) and requested added engine and break fluid flush, on the 5th October 2023 on the 6th car alarm of low level of break fluid, i had to top it up. on the 23rd October car alarm of oil pressure and there is smoke from the bonnet, took it back they kept it overnight called to tell me its sorted. when i drove it home on the 24th same oil pressure alarm when inform them they said the test drove it and it was fine. Those mechanic do not know what they are doing. you take your car there for one thing they will break it something. DO NOT GO THERE

Shocking service and inability commit to their obligation of returning our BMW. Now we have a broken water bottle which was never broken when vehicle was taken in - just one excuse after the other. Please public never ever use this Garage in Bryanston. Even threats of our lawyer and or the police still brings no response or bringing us any nearer them returning our vehicle even though full payment of their invoice was paid on Tuesday and confirmation emailed to them..
