My stay was disappointing. The staff were noisy around the rooms. Shouting and loitering about, being noisy. But the worst were the mice! Scurrying freely in the dining area, over the seats, and all over the restaurant. This is a genuine health hazard!! I will not be back.
My Portfolio Manager, Berenice , is great. Promo and efficient and she has made life bearable again.
This is an amazing little restaurant which provides Michelin type quality of food and service. Small and cosy and an absolute delight I am happy to have found. The food is absolutely superb and the services first class.
I made an online purchase on 19 May 2020. Cancelled it on 21 May 2020. When I cancelled I was told that it would take 3 days for my refund to appear. I paid with my credit card. Should be an easy refund. They requested a statement 1 week later and then the card number a further week later. It is now 11 June and still no refund. I will NEVER shop online with the TFG (The Foschini Group) again!!! Absolutely shocking treatment of their customers.
<p>I am extremely upset with my experience with Virgin Active. They have now twice debited my account incorrectly and without my permission, costing me money! Very incompetent service.</p>
