Good day Looking for a great internet provider Jumbo is the way to go. In January I emailed them about the service asking a few questions . They got in touch with me to let me know that someone will be stoping buy to check the line of sight . The guy came and left the next day I got a call and they said we have the all clear and if they can come on friday to do installation and after the installatikn my line will be active. No waiting. Over the past weekend there was some problems with the network. Not just with jumbo but every where. They sent out an email saying that there is problems but they switched to a secondery nework. On sunday I recieved another email saying everything is been fixed and sorry if it caused any inconvenience. I will never choose any other network provider.
Hi Since end August 2017 we moved to a new location where telkom service was not in range . Before we moved I emailed telkom telking them to suspend my service because I did mot know if we would have coverage for my new location and they said its not possible. Then after 2 months of still paying the bill even though I didnt recieve any service. I kept on emailing them telling them they cant charge me for a service that I didnt not receive as it is how contrats work ... I pay the give me a service. Thus making their contract nul and void. Still I have not recieved any feed back or even a call . And are still being billed. Since August 2017. Calling to cancel is not enough and doesnot help. I will never in my life recommend any telkom service to anyone!
<p>So last year 7july I upgraded telephonicly when I was asked about insurance I told them I do not want insurance. For 7months they took money for the insurance I called them about it.. So it has been canceled. So the money in question that is owed to me has still not been payed back. I have sent countless emails. Keep on phoning them still I am waiting ... They have all the proof that is needed I sent them statments they have their rec. Phone rec where I said over the phone that I do not want it. Still I am waiting . Its been 3-4 months and I still have no reply. I since decided that when my contract ends I will be leaving mtn switching to someone else.</p>
