Their products are great, in store sales service also great but you wait so long for your goods. I have had to constantly follow up and only after going in store to complain did we get any assistance. I placed an order for a bed on 3 Dec, was advised it would be delivered end Dec, then only after I contacted their help centre was I advised it is coming end Jan. Delays are fine, but at least communicate. I have had to constantly follow up on my order. Note...its 30 Dec today and stil waiting for our bed.
I booked for my daughters birthday - for 4 of us. I explained it was her birthday and all she wanted was her nails done. Our appointment was at 10am...3 of us were done at 10:25am. All they did was paint her nails (which I could have done for free at home). I booked for a mani & pedi for me....the lady paints my toe nails and then says that is what i asked for....yes, paint WITH a pedi - the pedi i booked for. I was quoted R1120 for all 4 of us and paid R570 - that's how little they did. Service was rushed and it was a complete waste of time and money. Luckily Sorbet Fourways Mall had space and they pampered my daughter and made up for the absolute rubbish that is Nails of Note Fourways. Will not recommend and will never go back.
Placed online order on 23 April. Order MAK2480903. Paid by EFT. Order never received. Received a refund of R200. Where is the rest of my money? No one responds to Facebook reviews, emails, tweets, Messenger messages... I don't know what else to do?
Capitec has stopped my daughters tax free savings account for no reason. I have been into a branch on 14/01 and as yet have yet to have the query resolved. I have called numerous times, emailed and no one has contacted me yet my query keeps getting closed. Now to close the accounts I need to go into a branch and waste more time just because Capitec has no idea what customer service is.
<p>I too, like every other complaint for Follow The Bliss on this site, paid for a dress that was never delivered. I paid on 15th November 2016, was also given a million excuses and to date have received nothing. Is there not anyway we can all stand toegther and get our money back?</p>
