I was sent a birthday voucher by this company for a free desert on my birthday. Unfortunately their staff is clueless about how it works. I tried to explain to four people that I redeemed my voucher via their app, but this was not accepted and I was made to pay for it. I eventually gave up and walked out. I told them that it is my 60th birthday and that this treatment has spoilt my entire day. Bad, embarrassing and absolutely unacceptable behaviour by four staff members trying to prove me wrong. Never again will I be made a fool of in public by Wimpy who sends me an invite for a free desert and then made to pay for it.
I bought an expensive set of Baccarat Pots, but they are unusable due to the fact that the handles become piping hot. I have burnt my hands so many times, forgetting that the pots are impossible to lift while using them. Why did the shop assistants sell them to me as the best ever? They are useless and are very dangerous! When reading the reviews I saw that this is a well known problem, all over the world!
I have an urgent matter but cannot speak to a manager at this company. Your only entry point is contact centre emails, telephone agents can only provide another email address. Online chats no telephone support. Advanced Medicine Application Team - no telephone support. Escalations - no telephone support. Are there any managers there? Agents are not allowed to provide contact details of anyone. Only email. How terribly bad!
Worst internet service provider with the most rude staff. I am paying for a 7meg line but have no service for hours on end. Drops in connectivity multiple times a day. Emails and messages are ignored. When you call in to complain you are told how to cancel your service after which they slam the phone down. You are also threatened that you bought and paid for the equipment and that you will not get credit, nor a refund.
<p>I made a booking in April 2017 for an international return flight in February 2018. I specifically opted and paid extra for the 'change' option to my flights. After three frustrating days of receiving emails indicating a. that I cannot change the flights and b. that the cancellation charges totals more than the actual flight tickets - I have no option than to register this. You cannot get immediate answers - all questions are dealt with via email with incorrect information and assumptions. I work in the insurance industry and was shocked to be told that not even the travel insurance may be cancelled. The cherry on top was to be told that (allthough they have R25k in their bank account from me) that I had to pay the R800 additional service fee for the cancellation - upfront. All is well with Travelstart - just dont try can cancel or ammend, then the hell starts. I hope that a SENIOR (and NOT a call centre agent) picks up the phone and resolve this. If they exist.</p>
