Money taken, no order, no communication!
If I could rate a 0 or even in the negative I would gladly do so. I'm still waiting for my order that I had placed a month ago, of which has not been delivered. I suppose I will wait another month for my refund since these crooks are so incompetent and useless. There is no way you are that lucky to actually speak to a HUMAN on the phone because all they have is an email address, at which my emails probably go straight to spam, their useless whatsapp contact and that's about it. I am totally appalled by their lack of service level and consideration for other people's hard earn money. I will never ever order from them again neither will I recommend anyone.

Totally, Totally Satisfied with service received.
If I could I would extend my Star rating to a 10! That's how satisfied I am with the service I received. My geyser had burst which was situated in my Lounge, causing resultant damage to my kitchen cupboard and ceiling. I called claims the next day,got through a beautiful soul by the name of Jacksina, explained the situation and that I also have a week old baby at home, empathizing how desperate and urgent my situation was and she was caring and supportive, gave me a claim number and dispatched the relevant people the same day. I had to have my old geyser removed and placed outside my house, an electrician to connect the wiring for the new geyser and a builder to repair my damaged ceiling and cupboard, here is the best part, all this too 3 DAYS!!!! only 3 days. Jacksina kept me updated on who would be arriving at our home and at what times throughout the entire process. I want to thank you SBIB for your swift workmanship. I would recommend your services any day.

Best medical aid Ever!!!!
I would recommend this medical aid to anyone only issue is, they are subject to the banking industry only. I have a condition that requires me to thin my blood so that the oxygenated blood can flow seamlessly through my veins and get to the organs, anyway I got my motivation letter from my Dr and we sent it through with all the relevant information. My Chronic medical was approved within 24 hours I kid you not. Everything was sorted at the preferred pharmacy without any issue. The consultant I spoke with regarding the documentation they needed was friendly and she went over and above to ensure that they had this handled. They are prompt and efficient, friendly and supportive. All their agents are super friendly and I have never encountered anyone who didn't want to assist me. They really do take your health mattered to the heart and I only wish they were available to the entire public.

Great Service
I would like to compliment Mangera Inc as they have given me excellent service during the process of buying my property. As a first time buyer I had no knowledge of the processes pertaining to buying property. They have been supportive and kept me informed all through the process, Considering Covid-19 and all the delays it has caused, Mangera has been great in that my house got registered sooner than expected. They have answered all emails and calls and assured me whenever I needed reassurance. Thank you and keep up the great work.

DISAPPOINTED!!!
I am very very disappointed in Checkers hyper on 14th Avenue in Constantia Kloof, Johannesburg. My 3 month old needed Nan Optipro 1 formula as and I went to Checkers to buy. They didn't have a 1.8kg on their shelf as they apparently lock that away. I asked the guy to please please make a plan for me as I was so desperate. He point blank refused me. I asked if they could accommodate me by giving me one from the 2 box pack they had on the shelf and I was again refused. I then explained my desperation and was refused. I asked what time they lock those type of items away and he said 6pm but it was not even close to 6pm. I work for a huge company who buys gift cards from Checkers of which I will tell them about the pathetic experience I had at your company. All I asked was to be helped as I absolutely NEEDED this for my baby! As a working mom rushing to get milk for her baby I expected better understanding from Checkers but I guess I was sorely mistaken.

Appalled by the poor service!
I am so appalled by the poor service from all the nurses at Garden City Hospital maternity ward.. They have no regard for human life, no dignity and no lack of humanity!!!! I have just witnessed the most saddest thing in my life that was oh so familiar. The lady laying next to me just had her baby and the baby didn't make it. They kept telling her pain was normal. That what she was feeling is normal. She lost the baby whereas if they acted faster the baby might have made it! I hate this hospital with all my might. It's no different to government yet we pay private medical rates. This is sick! I don't even feel like delivering my baby here as I am also expecting and I really really really don't have confidence that they will treat me any better.

Dishonesty from Glen Auto City
<p>I am appauled by the pathetic service from this Car sales place called the Glen auto City. They have sold us a car that is deemed a writeoff and still had the audacity to over charge me for a piece of Sh&%$ in my eyes. The owner Tariq Hunjra has made empty promises and my husband and I have been complaining about major issues that is wrong with the Hyundai I20 sold to us by this dealership. We have been driving the car in question for the past 6 months with bolts and nuts missing on the tire! Hyundai manufacturers have deemed this car a complete write off! I have wasted time and endless trips to the dealership whilst leaving empty handed and unsatisfied. I will never ever recommend anyone to buy a vehicle at the Glen Auto City. They thrive on people who are desperate for transportation. </p>
