Poor service
Eventually cancelled after almost 3 weeks of no internet. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!!They are quick to stop supply if your salary is not in the bank to cover the debit order and no interest to resolve the issue going on from August 2025

Rain no internet
Replaced router by rain still no internet. What must one do to get them to fix the problem? Since we have bee with rain we had endless problems and very little assurance from rain. Obviously the router is not the problem because you send us thus huge thing and it still does not work. Stay away!!!@

Rain 101
Rain 101 service provider is weakest provider there is we battling for more than 2 days to get signal and all say is switch of the machine for 30 seconds or they will reboot the system till now there is no signal

Rain no feed back 6 days no internet
Have been without internet today is day 6. Numerous phone calls get told " technical problems" technician will contact you. Till today nobody from rain contacted us. Hello rain is here to help what a joke. They quick to take your money but slow on responding to problems. Would not recommend them at all.

Gift of the Givers false promises
What a buch of ******. Started on the 1st of January. This number +27661784918 kept on calling me. Eventaullay taken the call. You have been selected for a price. Their donors suggested giving people something back. First your points must be 100. I had 88. Originally i was suppose to pay R220 then it was R320. I took a change paid it. Got 3 dms wigh my so called prices. Ohh but the yhe voucher numbers are there but yhe pin has ony 2 or 3 digits with stars on the rest. Ohh you need a donars reference number before they give the rest of the codes. For that you need a donation of just " R250 up to R5 000" then thd rest of the codes eill be given. I thought wow what a bargain. My prices was R5000 Checkers voucher. R3500 cash voucher from Std bank and a Samsung frigde freezer. My freezer packed up due to load shedding and this made my day just to realize it is al a ****. It

C5 Trade - Webtrader scammers!!!!!!!!!
Do not trust these people they steal your money telling you can withdraw it anytime I requested my money back more than a week ago there was 365 euro that belonged to me now today no money was paid back to me and i owe them 237 euro!!! \\they are lying scamming rubbish!!!!!! There is this guy eddie upper scammers and get up set when you say I do not have more money to put in and then just leave you and steal you money. Tracker poor service and response
I Bought a Mahindra from Mahindra east rand. I took delivery of the vehicle on the 14th May 2022. on Monday the 16th I get an sms and email that I must please advise if I am using the car. I phoned them and told them that the car is in daily use. They said they need to send out an technician as the tracker is inactive. But if the problem is not the tracker I will have to pay R597 for the call out. How idiotic! I have the car 2 days and the tracker is not working. I requested them top come and remove the tracker. I am still waiting! Today 23rd May my phone rings wow it is tracker from tel no 0115944000 just want to confirm the car is moving and in use as the tracker is unresponsive! I again asked them to come and remove the tracker and still no joy. They want to talk cancellation clauses etc. etc. How the hell can you charge me a cancellation fee is the damn thing has not been working!!! You product is any case faulty and means nothing! All i want is to have this rubbish removed form my car to enable me to install something that actually works!!!!

Scam alert
These people contact us with regards to an outstanding invoice for White page online. First we were contact by a company called Credit bureau. When i showed them proof that the banking details supplied by White page online was fraudulent they went away and then this arrogant person from Debtor Track and company starting emailing me. They have a gmail account and no letterhead no company details on their emails or any telephone number but trying bulling me into paying them for that invoice. Beware do not pay them is what I say!

Incompetent Signage company in Brits, North West.
We ordered Motorbike Club t-shorts from Alba Signs in Brits. The patch is green with a grey background. She charged us R120.00 for the printing with our own t-shirts. When we received the t-shirts the grey background is pin****!!! My husband took the shirt back and spoke to Jennifer who said but that is grey! Wow they must be blind not to know the difference between grey and pink! That is the way their printer prints was the answer and that is grey and they will not refund our money or fix our shirts. So at the end of the day we did not just lose R240.00 but also the money we paid for t-shirts because we cannot disgrace out club by wearing those shirts with the incorrect colored patch on. Stay away from this business. they are a bunch of amateurs!!!

<p>I send an SMS for an advert on DSTV to get an Explorer for R99. I have been a DSTV customer for almost 30 years! Thsi woman phones i complete all the details as requested. She says i will get an email and sms. I get my SMS Great news you order has been successfully placed. She says 48 hours and installation will take place. I wait three days and phone. No it take 5 -7 working day for delivery. 8 DAYS later no delivery no email no sms. I phone I did not pass the vetting stage my order has been cancelled!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What kind of vetting stage that i am disaulified fo R99 but i pay DSTV every month R810.</p> <p> </p> <p>this is bull****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
