Good day Telkom. I have a fault open on my ADSL line with ref: 56283128 - this has been open sine the 21/01/2021. A technician has been to my house 3 times already and indicates that my line is in working order. Keeps on saying that is is my router. I have taken my router, connected it to my work ADSL line - which for clarity is at another address - my router connects to the internet. So.....clearly it is not my router - yet the technician test my line at home and say that there is a dial tone, lets me listen to his equipment that shows a dial tone and states that all is in order. So....how do we resolve this matter - clearly the technician that is assigned is only for the line - the technician has indicated that he will get some out to check my router - PLEASE do send whoever. Point is, I know my router is working and can connect - clearly not on my home line!!! I am in contact with Telkom everyday since - only to get the same answer - we apologise for the inconvenience, the call has been logged and a technician will test your line - there is a charge of blah blah blah........ I also have an order for Fibre - which is placed on order ref: 842692991A - when speaking to the person in sales, they confirmed that there is fibre in my area. Only to find out that my order has been 'Parked' and might only be actioned in 6 to 8 weeks...... Really.....what do you expect me to do in the meantime with absolutely no connection to the internet. Kindly stop wasting my time, I have been a decent client and paying my bill with no issues!!!
Good day Vodacom. i put up a complaint on Hellopeter on the 21 November 2018 - Ashwin Abdurahman came to the rescue and managed to assist us with cancelling a contract that we were being forced to renew, extend....etc. I need someone to contact us to cancel the data sim that was issued with this original contract - we are being billed monthly for something that we do not use!!! Kindly refer to my original complaint to cancel account and not renew - the latest invoice received is linked to account I459****-* - for monthly 250MB top up. Kindly cancel this aswell as it was issued with the original contract....we want this cancelled!!!!! Please assist - kindly contact Katrina Padayachy.
After numerous calls, accounts, payment, arrogant call centre agents.....emails, calls and more calls. How difficult is it to cancel a contract. Vodacom, my mom-in law has a contract that expired in August - there was supposedly an issue of an outstanding balance....for the handset - paid......outstanding balance for data bundles.....paid. We paid on time.....you suspended the contact. Yet now when we want to cancel you saying that we have to extend because you suspended the line........?? We paid on time......... CANCEL THE CONTRACT VODACOM!!!!!!
Hello Creditworx. Your debt recorvery department contacted me in 2015 & 2016 respectively. After send two different consultants my court order - regarding my outstanding debt. You still have the nerve to forward me yet another email requesting resolution for the outstanding balance. I do believe that a court order approving my sequestration mean that you have to claim from my estate. Please go through the email that I have just sent to you and kindly go back to the history of emails sent in 2015 & 2016 respectively. Should you not understand - feel free to call me.
I requested assistance from All certificates by TM Consultants via their website http://www.allcertificates.co.za - this was in November 2017. A lady by the name of Tessa Maritz assisted me and proceeded to confirm that they are able to assist me with my application for a BI-30 / Vault copy of my marriage certificate. An invoice was sent to me and deposit paid as per their requirements. To date, the last update that I have is on the 06th February 2018 - stating that Tessa is on the way to Home Affairs and will update me. Since then, absolutely no feedback received. Taken a deposit and no decency to get back to me......if you cant do the application tell me and refund me. The way you run your business and communicate with your paying client is absolutely #$%#@! up.

Requesting a quotation on blinds....giving us measurements, requesting us to kindly quote him on a 50mm blind.</p> <p>I am the part owner of a small business sharing this small sector of blinds in the area.</p> <p>If we are competing for the same market segment.....why would we give your rep our true selling price? We all know where we are getting blinds from because at the end of the day we share the same supplier. Please re-look your business ethics as fishing for competitor pricing under false pretenses shows the way business is conducted. Our cell picked up the number via TrueCaller as Blinds Guy Mica. We eventually returned the call and asked Michael if he was infact from Mica Riverside in Vanderbijlpark - he stated that he is not.</p> <p> </p> <p>We called the landline.....and guess who works for Mica Riverside in Vanderbijlpark - Michael, who gave us a call under faulse pretenses to fish out pricing.</p> <p>Our business is small compared to Mica, surely there is enough to go around. I do not understand why your rep has to resort to dodgy methods of fishing out competitors pricing - not very ethical if you ask me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I did leave a message for Riverside Mica via their Facebook profile and to date have not received any response.</p> <p>We are loyal customers and infact purchase all of our hardware consumable items from the branch - this just leaves a very bad impression of how business is conducted.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
