On the 3rd of april i accidentaly paid 2800 instead of 280 towards my account i called and sent the neccesary documets on the 4th since then they havent refunded me ive been calling and being told about 7 to 14 days which has passed im frustrated coz im in need of money my dstv acc no is 5640009
I cancelled my membership last year june my membership no is 999816 to this day they haven't canceled it they are busy telling me they didn't receive email. I emailed to the wrong person I want out of this company I want nothing to do with them now they are saying I owe over R8000, u dont want to cancel my membership so they better pay for it it's a big scam
I have a problem with this company because it sold me lies Around june they called and said they are running a promotion of a router with telkom 20gigabyte day and 20 gigabyte at night at R135 oh no it was not the case it was now 10gigabyte with increased price they deducted R378 I called and cancelled with failure. Please assist I want nothing to do with this company.
Around march I went to Bali in Indonesia and had to go to Absa lakeside mall foreign exchange department as it was my first time traveling out of the country and I found this lovely lady Mbali Nhlapo who helped me a lot educated me and even reassured me, the lady even went an extra mile to assist me while i was in Bali as I ran out of cash, even when coming back she was nice and happy to see I'm back home.
I would like to thank Mr Thabiso Letswela for the assistance he gave me he was very patient and the information he shared I was not aware of it really and eya opener thank u for even going an extra mile to ensure I'm happy with my insurance.
On the 20th of december my family and i went to garden of lights and were told tickets are sold out how so where as its walking in the park with lights i was here this year 1st week of january and i disnt experience such incompetence. I was so dissapointed and so were my kids. Fpr a bog company like emperors palace and supposedly u must have a black card. For my kid to enjoy benefits i musy own a black card. You really disappointed my kids driving all the way for nothing.
I would like to say that I'm disappointed with the manager pules at jet mart east rand mall after buying under wear small where as i wanted large I bought it this morning in its pack sealed not opened and after calling da head office saying you can authorise and you refuse and your staff member says with others you do exchange shame on you
