Terrible is all I can say. Worst and most complicated service I have EVER experienced. Stay away from them.

False advertising
So I've been to lighthouse on loxton a few times over the last few years and lately its become disgusting. If you walk in and receive no service then call a staff member you get a responce to the effects of " can you see I'm ****ing busy" this comes from a bar lady named Cindy. Then tonight after my girlfriend had a rather long shift at the hotel where she is working she really felt like a beer so we decided to take a walk up to lighthouse on loxton and to my suprise they had closed bur had a big sign next to their door. Please see attached. I see this as false advertising.

Insane electricity tarriff
<p>I moved into an apartment in table veiw caoe town in April this year. Everything was great until I had to buy electricity which works out to 2. 33 rand per unit. It might not sound to bad but let me put this in perspective I barely get by on 500 rand a month and im in a bachelor flat. People I've spoken to with a 2 or 3 bedroom house use roughly 300 rand. When contacting GVS Property management I was told that they have asked to eskom to take over the electricity supply but it would cost to much for the change. Which I think is unfair. Just because they get the electricity supply from some 3rd party "virtual municipality" as they call it we all need to suffer. </p>

Useless
<p>In November 2015 I noticed that Telkom mobile has been charging me a one off fee of 350 bucks for the past 6 months. Which meant at the time they owed me 2100 Rand. I reported it to the billing department and was told they would credit my account. End of the following month I was once again charged the usual amout which included the above 350 PLUS 2100 which was supposed to be credited. I then stopped the debit order and emailed them to contact me. I have not heard a peep from them since December 2015 and at random times of the month they try and debit my account with whatever amount they see fit. Never less than 2000 Rand. Then when you go to a store for HELP you will have more luck asking the car guard outside. These people need to be stopped seriously</p>
