I made the mistake of paying the whole quote immediately as I was assures they knew what they are doing. Unfortunately paving is scew, bricks are not compacted to same level, gaps between bricks differ from almost noting to large. Easy drains inerted looks like my 12 year old don did it, the cut bricks were inserted at the front door where you can see the imperfections, only sand between bricks and no cement or sealant to make sure water does not damage. They did the job in one day, it will take me months to redo this bad job and thusand of Rands more to repair. I most definately can not recommend this company for installing your paving under this poor circumstances. Anybody can install paving but those who mastered the art can do it seemlessley.......In my opinion they are not there yet.....
Bought a Brand NEW FIAT Tipo in 2019 with a 3 yr/ 100 000km Service plan and Warranty. Since then had various problems including replacement of the Catalytic Converter. Took the Vehicle to Fiat Centurion (Super Group Trading) after it was starting to burn oil close to 50 000km. They tested the vehicle 3 separate times and assured me they could not find a problem. I reported that I had to refill oil of up to 1 liter (+-30% of capacity) between services. The result is that the car is has done 70 000km now and OUT of WARRANTY and still BURNING OIL. PROBLEM NOT RESOLVED. SUPER GROUP ASSURED ME THAT CAR IS NOT BURNING OIL. EITHER FIAT NOT HONOURING THEIR WARRANTY OR SUPER GROUP NOT INTERESTED IN AFTER SALES SERVICE AND NOT REPORTING ISSUES. BECAREFULL OF BUYING ANYTING FROM SUPERGROUP CENTURION ESPECIALLY A FIAT.
Re: WonderWaters Imperial Select Multifranchise - November 2017 They had my vehicle for 3 WEEKS and now my Spare wheel is MISSING. I bought a Demo TATA Xenon 2016 model from WondeWaters during October 2017. I noticed that the car was shaking and took it for repairs on 8 Nov 2017. They had to replace the leaf spring bushes which is exactly where the spare wheel is UNDER THE CAR. Got it Back 29 November - 3 Weeks later, and now my Spare Wheel is Missing. Both the service department(Zak)and the Workshop manager (Bossie) is DENYING THAT THERE WAS A SPARE WHEEL. REALLY!!!UNACCEPTABLE!!! NOW I HAVE TO JUST LIVE WITH YOUR DECISION. IMPERIAL...THIS WAS MY 3RD VEHICLE BOUGHT FROM YOU BUT IF THIS IS THE WAY CUSTOMERS ARE TREATED I WILL AVOID ANY FUTURE DEALINGS.
Sales Person: Pieter Maree Imperial Wonderwaters 20 Sept 2017 After I took delivery of my used vehicle on tuesday it was apparent that the vehicle had a water leak that was not repaired. I was really upset with this but thanks to Pieter he sorted the problem. Took it on himself to collect the vehicle immediately from me and also provided me with a loan car to commute in the meantime. He made this experience seamless and kept me up to date of the progress. Thanks Pieter - Your experience shows.
<p>I have requested a downgrade on my DSTV package BEFORE monthend and it was NOT done. After monthend I followed up and was told that it will be done and the charges reversed. Now at the monthend again and I am being told that there is an amount of R283 which I must pay in addition to monthly premium. FOR WHAT??? Phoned them again and had to hold for 17 minutes before my airtime ran out. When I phoned them again there was nothing DONE!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>POOR SERVICE and INCOMPETENT STAFF!!!! PROOF ME WRONG!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
