Bad service from the Drs office
I made an appointment last week for the first time with this dr as I needed urgent assistance with the specialist. The lady that was there helped me so well and gave me the Wednesday 07.8.2020 to come for an appointment. On Tuesday I realized I had a work commitment that caused me to change to a later time to try and move the appointment. I called and the office phone number kept diverting to a cell number that no one picked up. His trading hours as a prosesional business says it open until 17:00 but 16:00 no one was answering the previous day.I called in the morning Just after 8. This lady who answered was just upright rude. And was screaming at the top of her lungs. I could even pick up form her tone that she was irritated. I asked to move the appointment to anytime later than 11. It seemed as if she either did not have the schedules in front of her to confirm or she was irritated by me. I ended up asking if She cannot transfer me to the lady that was assisting me as I could hear she was fighting. Her answer was she is not even in the office, when she gets to the office she will get the doctor himself to call me and make an appointment. I asked her to then pass my number to him as I need desperate assistance. She refused. She doesn’t know my condition, she doesn’t know if what I have is something that could kill me or not. Why is she working at the Drs office with such lack of empathy and compassion. Why are drs really keeping people like those at this time of so much enxiety and uncer*****ies. I tried him . It’s not fair

Substandard quality on clothes
I have always been a die hard supporter of earthchild. But last year as always I bought winter jacket and it’s started fading within the first wash. And I only did a machine wash as indicated on the jacket.I took it that maybe I was just unlucky to get a substandard batch I bought her summer t-shirts around Christmas. For the first time the quality was horrible . What is painful is the reason why we buy Earthchild clothes is for comfort and durability . Since my daughter who is 6 years now was born this is the first. I’m not sure if it’s because it’s now combined with truworths

unnesesary Dr charges
i was hospitalized at olivedale hospital in 2017 May. before i was referred i asked for a hospital that will not charge me a Co payment as i knew that i cannot afford to pay any. i was then told that because i was on momentum then that i will be taken to Olivedale as it uses the doctors in the Network, therefore i will not need to pay any extra. Olive-dale is not my hospital but i then went there. later on I got a Bill of about R2k for a Doctor who apparently did my Antithesis. My frustration was i went to Olivedale to avoid unnecessary charges post. when i inquired i was told that the doctor was the one available at the time. but I was concious when i got to hospital but i was never given an option and no one warned me that the Dr that was available at the time charges more. fast forward today. this dr has taken me to her lawyer and i am unable to pay this unnecessary debt which was incurred without me choosing to. Honestly was i not atleast supposed to be asked if i was OK with using this Dr who charges more, i went to Olivedale just to avoid having to pay more because i cannot afford to.
