I am writing this review for the fantastic service received from Support Agent: Marlizy Botha, she is an absolute superstar. She has responded very quickly to our query and has taken our team through the Euphoria system, within an hour she taught us back to front how to use the system and she is extremely knowledgable! Our team would highly recommend Euphoria to any customer looking for a cloud based hosted PBX platform! Well done to the Euphoria team and especially Marlizy Botha
Account dispute - 439902462931 and Account - 501628168 Call# 34528210 logged 24th July 2020 Telkom has allowed a fraudster to debit my mom's account for the past months, Telkom and FNB now owe my mom R9000.00 in total. This is totally unacceptable and HAS TO STOP immediately! In Covid-19 who can afford to go through this type of thing..... NO RESOLUTION- Sean Pillay was the last person my mom was in contact with and NOTHING has been done. I am now having to try and support her as she does not even have money for food yet telkom and FNB just dont care , also what is worse is my mom works for a subsidiary company of Telkom and still she can't even get this resolved as one of their own employees??? Pathetic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
