Refrain from using this company. I paid extra for my fridge to be wrapped with bubble wrapping but it arrived dented. I reported the issue and they promised to claim it via their broker and now they are not taking my calls or responding to my emails.
I would like to express my disappointment in your service. I recently started using your services and I was initially satisfied by your driver's professionalism and my sister sang your praises about services until what happened today. I requested a cash ride on ubergo which was estimated at R43, when I arrived at my destination the driver said I should pay R78 and he even showed me the amount reflected on the app so I took the last amount I had and paid the extra amount with hope that when I raise it up with you it will be credited on my app but unfortunately that hasn't happened. I sent several messages for the past 11 hours pleading with you to look into my query but no feedback until now.
I bought a 5 litre country fresh ice cream yesterday in the afternoon, when I got home and opened it I got a shock of my life, the quantity is half the usual size, it looks like a mountain of ice so when I called the store they said I must send them a picture on WhatsApp which I did ans they said that I need to return it, or personally escalate it to nestle as they are not the manufacturers of ice cream
I am very disappointed in the kind of service I got from your gateway store on Friday 3/05/2019 at the Info desk when I went to enquire for a size, a lady by the name of Cornelia who assisted me gave me attitude because my baby was crying and she was on a call so she just told me that my child is making a noise and she cant hear her customer. I wasnt happy with her manner of approach to this situation so I took it up to her manager Nosipho who then asked that she comes and apologise but she refused.
<p>I placed an order to debonairs phoenix via the app at 6, got confirmation email and SMS that my order is being processed. Called them after an hour and spoke to Sindi who promised that the driver is on his way, shortly after that Nomfundo called and said the app had been offline and that Sindi lied about the order being on its way. I requested to speak to the manager and he assured me that if I still need the food it will be delivered in 20 minutes so I confirmed and waited but after 30 minutes I got yet another call from Sindi asking if I still need the food...its been 3 hours and I have no food. This is the worst service ever and I wish the franchise owner would look into this.</p>
<p>What is the point of adding your store telephone number if you dont answer? I've been trying to call this store from the morning and it rings continuously with no answer</p>
