I ordered a 537L KIC chest freezer from Culinarium on 27 November, and it was delivered to Port Elizabeth on 8 December (11 days). The delivery took a bit longer, but the price was the best in the country and there were no added delivery fees — so the wait was fair and expected. The freezer arrived in excellent condition, no dents, no damage, and it is already up and running perfectly. I switched it on at 6pm yesterday and it’s freezing beautifully. When I first checked, there weren’t many reviews for Culinarium, so I’m leaving mine to help others. They can be trusted. In my case, the supplier shipped directly, which explains the great pricing and slightly longer delivery time. Overall: great price, safe delivery, and a perfect product. Very satisfied.
I bought the Samsung 45L Convection Microwave Oven MC456TBRCSR from HiFi Corporation at Greenacres, Port Elizabeth, on 29 June 2024, and I’ve been extremely disappointed with the quality and performance. Within the first 5–6 months, the entire outer cover of the door, including the mirror finish and handle, came off. From the start, bits of ceramic coating flaked off near the door hinge. The door also creaks terribly, sounding like the Titanic sinking – not what you'd expect from a major brand. The interior light failed within six months, and the microwave is noticeably underpowered for a 900-watt unit. The instruction manual is poorly written and largely unhelpful. On inspecting the door, I found that the plastic clips holding the handle cover are made of flimsy plastic, which appears to have become brittle from the oven’s heat. There’s barely anything substantial securing the door together. I’ve tried putting the cover back on, but it doesn’t stay—it’s clearly worn down and unable to withstand normal oven temperatures, which it should have been designed for. Also, the oven lacks a roast setting for meat, forcing me to rely on a meat thermometer. Now I’m seeing this model regularly popping up on Facebook Marketplace, and I suspect some people may be gluing the doors back on to resell them—a serious red flag for potential buyers.
Warning! Do NOT use FNB to pay your municipal accounts! Bank somewhere else. To FNB, you need your programmer to fix your online banking website so that the last four digits of our municipal accounts reflect in the payment proof sent directly from your online banking to the municipalities. This section needs to be reprogrammed. Payments can not be allocated due to this problem. This has been an ongoing problem for who knows how long? Why isn't FNB doing anything about this important section of their online banking payments? The programming language is obviously incorrect. They've got to go back and rewrite that section.
Mtn has NEVER refunded my stolen data, which happened on numerous occasions. They have also stolen money from my bank account with their wasp scam. I have all the pictures to prove it. As it appears the scam virus was likely embedded into their SIM cards because I had just bought my phone in the same mall and taken it directly to Mtn to insert their sim card. The minute I synced my phone to my PC, it (virus?) jumped into my PC and automatically ran itself, without me touching my keyboard (I was eating my lunch), and right before my eyes, it took me to their MTN page and signed me up to their wasp scam. While this was happening, I grabbed my phone and took pictures. In the most recent or past three consecutive months, they have stolen my data, yet again. It's happened before on numerous occasions. My monthly data is loaded at midnight onto my phone while my phone is in airplane mode. When switching my internet back on/right after switching off airplane mode, this all-in-one-scam begins to happen where instead of giving you your full data, they give with one hand and steal back with the other, then follows directly a pop-up-message that I have used 50% of my data. Now comes the extortion bit... to deplete your data faster, right before depletion, you receive another message offering you to purchase more data (your stolen data?). And at a far higher price. If they take on too many subscribers and don't have enough data or network capacity to carry them, do they then steal this data from existing clients or subscribers? Does this explain their present network instability and endless data theft from clients? Is it because of greed that they do not want to expand their network to carry this overload?
Have a look at this. Mtn have stolen around 2,000 from my bank account on wasp fraud. And they still haven't refunded me. It is time for a countrywide petition to have their licence revoked. Where is the healthy competition that's needed to drive these thugs out of business ? No need for explanations. The pictures say it all https://www.facebook.com/notes/janeen-theresa-schubach/to-all-south-africans-beware-mtn-wasp-scam/ ********** ********** 34/ Furthermore their internet just seems to be going from bad to worse and lately it has been like trying to ride a bicycle whilst putting the wheels back on. See these screen shots https://www.facebook.com/notes/janeen-theresa-schubach/mtns-wonky-internet-screen-shots/ ********** ********** 67/ Now how about paying back the money you've stolen out of my account Mtn ?

MTN Wasp Scam ? ? Has jumped from my phone into my computer and as you can see from the next picture it moves of it's own free will. It took me right off the page I was reading while NOT on my computer at all!!
(Watching this while I was eating my lunch last week Thursday). By the looks of this I can only believe there is a virus deeply embedded into all of our sim cards ? ?
See how the screen changes without you touching anything of it's own free will. I wonder how much the person was paid to write this program, running this money making virus scam ?
Is MTN going to refund the money stolen from my account ? This is clearly MTN's page this virus ends on. I am being charged over and above for uncapped data. I do not have a cell phone account.
