It used to be the best... We bought a packet of 4x AA batteries at Checkers in Nylstroom a few weeks ago. Only 2x were fully charged... the other 2x were practically dead... We pay such a damn high price, and then it doesn't even work properly... you're standards have really fallen... I'm disappointed... I rather use Energizer then, thank you very much (Faulty batch number: 02608634PO - 03/2029)
Very friendly couriers and helpful facebook admins. Delivered my package way earlier than expected. I'll use their services anytime.
Hi there The reason for my cancellation is because: I phoned them around the 24th of April 2017 to cancel my account because I was going to resign at my work and be unemployed (and therefore be unable to pay any further), then one of their male consultants reassured me that it was not necessary to close my account with The Unlimited, because they WILL PAY IT ON MY BEHALF FOR 3 MONTHS, and automatically it would still be deducted from my account on the END OF APRIL, but NOT FOR MAY, JUNE AND JULY (on these months it would have been payed on behalf of me, like the consultant promised) BUT ON THE 1ST OF JUNE, IT WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT AGAIN, AFTER THEY PROMISED TO PAY IT ON BEHALF OF ME, WHILE I'M UNEMPLOYED They never intended to keep their promise, only my money is good enough for them... Thus, I reversed the deduction myself AND stopped the debit order, since they never came around to do it themselves, as the consultant, Sumeshnee, reassured me. She did all she could, and I appreciate her help, but a consultant can only do that much... I know we are all only human and we make mistakes, but this constant non-response and promise-breaking habit have completely made me lose their trust... Now in August they send me an SMS and email, WELCOMING me at the Unlimited, and all I do is keeping on replying that I told them to delete my account with them, but they don't seem to listen... they keep on ignoring my plea... they must be desperate...
