standard bank
its almost 2 years and standard bank cannot pay out a death policy? When i ask questions they cannot answer, or they are waiting for people to get back to them. the service for such a big company is disgusting. its a death policy only what is so hard for them to pay out, but they very fast to take our money and if we late with payment then its a problem. will this ever change and how long more will it take? who do we get help from & how do we sort this issue out as we cannot talk to any management???

refuse to pay out claim
my dad has a dread disease which standard bank refuses to pay out on the insurance.We have submited all doctors documents which shows it is a dread diseases. My dad disclosed that he has been dignosed with cancer before taking this insurance, they said if anything wit cancer they will not pay out. After sending in the claim it came back rejected and on their letter it states that they will pay out for cancer? Now he has a lung diseases which they do not want to pay out they say they do not cover that, but when my dad asked the consultant they said they cover all dread diseases thats y my dad accepted that insurance, but now its a whole different story with them.

disgusting service
<p>i have been tryin to cantact this company for many months to cancel my sim but till this day im still waiting for a reply or respond?i have sent a request on their web page, i have sent a request on their facebook page,</p> <p>i have even called in but still no help.The sim i have taken with them was for R69 per month, which i pay now R183, R83 and it neva stayes to 1 amount.the othe reason they offered me 3000 min per month but from day 1 i never got any of it.</p>
