I ordered 2 standing fans. I was alerted that there is a delay, not much of an issue, I can wait another week. Only one was delivered. I immediately contacted them on their website and haven't heard anything in almost a week.
I bought a boiler suit from them which should have been 3x reflective, arrived as 2x reflective. A week later after I asked to return the suit and nothing... Bad service. I'm going to have to order another one elsewhere
My claim has taken over a month. I have provided all details, certified copy of my ID and 3months bank statements. The SMS service instantly replies with their is no information regarding your claim, please phone old mutual. When you phone old mutual you hold for 10-15 minutes to get cut off.
We have been struggling with excessive downtime and extremely slow internet speeds over the past month. Totally unacceptable speed is 1/10th of what I'm paying for!
Our fibre has been down for 4 days. Don't get any feedback and nothing gets done. Logged tickets with isp and Vumatel, to no avail
I applied for an ABSA product a week ago. They advertise that if you do it on the banking app you get immediate feedback. I phoned on Friday and was told they would call me back. Today is Monday and same story.... I also had the phone put down on me twice. Not happy
Terrible! They cannot send you the custom duty invoice before your order has been lying at customs for a couple of days, then they take 3 days after payment to move to their facility, thereafter it takes 2 days to get there from customs, thereafter you wait and wait... I still haven't received my parcel, even tough for the last two days it was stated that it would be delivered the following day... It's been over two weeks now... Ironically I ordered two additional packages, from the same supplier that shipped 3 days after the aramex shipment left and I have to commend DHL... Wow, what a great express shipping company. I got notification of custom fee, made payment and had it delivered the following day. All this in under 5 days from China!
I have been trying to get my Cell C internet router contract cancelled for 2 months. I have phoned, received the cancellation quotation and payed this. I Phoned back to confirm that everything will be cancelled and yet still the debit orders go off. I am sitting with a unit, which has all contract awarded data that I do not use or need. In fact the router is lying in a cupboard gathering dust. I have also written emails to try and cancel in this way, however I only get the automated response that someone will contact me, which never happens! I am currently paying a premium for something that I have not used in months and will not use in the future. This is nothing other than theft! I really hope that the people at cell c sleep well at night knowing that they steal food out of children's mouths! I would not recommend Cell C to anyone!
Dec 2018 absa decided to withold my absa rewards. Eventually I received my rewards, but it was lower than usual. Today is the 5th of Feb 2019 and I have a R0 rewards balance, which is impossible. I pay yearly for my absa rewards subscription. I usually receive an average of R 200 pm on my rewards. Should I really start looking at another bank? Should I share all my call recordings and correspondance with absa on social media? Should I struggle with absa on a monthly basis to get what is mine? It really is pathetic.
I did not receive any of my Absa rewards for Dec 2018. I phoned and enquired about this with the response that I have 62c outstanding on a finance account and they are thus witholding my rewards. The account was settled months ago and should have been closed by absa. I further made an additional payment (R10) and still no rewards. I phoned absa again today, but it still has not been resolved. I am considering changing banks as I pay for a rewards program where I get penalised by the bank for them not doing their jobs and closing paid up accounts
