On 20 December 2025, I paid Tshwanarang Plumbers an amount of R2230 as part of access towards an Outsurance Insurance claim for a burst geyser. At the same time the Chairperson of of the organisation i represented on the day of the claim also made an EFT payment. 8 days later , still waiting for a refund. Was told that company finance section was informed to refund but failed to do do. Very disappointed with after care service. Will definitely not use their service again. Cannot see how a business take do long to process a refund.
I bought a half vegetarian and half four cheeses pizza from Pizza Baby Wierda Park that is situate d in Theunis Van Niekerk Steet, Centurion and I must say, it was one of the best pizza I had in a long. time. It was extremely well prepared and well ppresented.Hats off to the staff , particularly the person who prepared the pizza and the cashier who was very friendly. I will go back over and over again. They get my 5 🌟
Terrible service from Centurion Branch. Went for a test on 21 September 2025 and up to date no delivery of my glasses. There seems to be no urgency.
I lodged a claim on 29 April 2025 and was assured that an assessor will make contact with me within 24 to 48 hours, sadly so , I was not contacted. I have been a client for over 10 years and it saddens me to see how the service gas dropped.
Try calling them, one has to wait over 5 minutes to make contact with their customer care. They definitely do not conduct due diligence on their products.
Making contact with Sanlam is by far the worst experience that one could have. The virtual assistance eats up about 6 minutes of one's airtime with no solution. I would appreciate a call back from someone at Sanlam who could hear my frustration making contact with Sanlam.
I was at Mc Donald's Brits Mall on Saturday and can assure that the service was by far the worst experience I have had at a Mc Donald's. The staff was extremely unhelpful and the laziness to take my order at till point was alarming. A staff also could not manage placing my order as she herself did not know how the kiosk work. I wanted to buy the cheese fries and was told that I must purchase it through the app which at that time I did not have. I offered to buy it over the counter but was told I cannot buy over the counter. This is ludicrous and insane. Mc Donald's Brits Mall has put me off Mc Donald's going fowrd. We were 4 people wanting to place one order but was not assisted. What a pity 4 people had a bad experience.
The queue to pay is so long and only three tellers to service clients
I am deeply disappointed. I have been on my mobile for over 20 minutes trying to make contact with no success.
