Bra shopping
I came in at 17:30 and was clueless of my sizes(Bra) looking at the time and how clueless I was, I’m thankful of the team you guys appointed ?they actually guessed my size and got it wrong for a whole hour but that didn’t back them down they made me fit each and every bra that looked like my size even went as far as walking up n down the store while I waited in the fitting room ,Tebogo and the team(forgot their names) went an extra mile and didn’t even look at the time ,this team was concerned more about my comfortability in a bra and size not forgetting the price rang ?Guys this team made my bra shopping something to look forward to ❤️

Great service
Thank You to Penelope Nembulunge from the Pretoria branch for being patient and honest after sending the Proof of payment 3 times to 2 different agents she was the only one who actually listened and understood and followed procedure …so happy she deserves flowers and a leadership badge

Worst service
<p>Please kindly change your hostess, they are incompetent ,was told I can't do reservations 8 hours before and hanged up the call while I was talking ,then we got there was told there's no table available but the some guys didn't make reservations got a table cause apparently they are regulars</p> <p>Stood for 2 hours still no table but when people arrived they got a table immediately. And by the way please get more bar chairs</p>

<p>your security guards are pathetic, when the head of security Innoce is there the pedestrian gate opens at 13:00 now all of the sudden when his off they tell us the gate opens at 14:00 or 15:00 , Second of all when u ask them to open it they first argue with u then even threaten to beat u up as a group </p> <p> </p> <p>this happened Saturday at 13:30 on the 10th of June Brooklyn Brothers side</p>
