<p>I was offered a contract ,which was for r149 for 5 giggs daytime and 10 giggs night time but I clearly asked is there any other cost and they said nope now I find out its a open line which I was not told ,I have been phoning everyday and apparently no managers are available everyday to sort my query ,I requested the recording and they refuse so I took it too telkom as they using telkom product to fraud people ,this company has no customer service what so ever and how can companies allow them to sell their products,I hope telkom after doing invistegation removes their product from these fraudsters</p>
<p>I recently was offered a contract in which the never supply me with information on billing properly ,the call was recorded and I clearly ask the consultant the amount due but me and then telkom started billing other amounts on my call to rectify it sthe service I got was behond **** and they couldnt assist me I just want this contract to get done with and im looking for help legally to take if further they are fraudster,when I request them to get recording all of a sudden they cant but I was inform all calls are recorded,the account was for a router and 5 giggs night and 10 giggs daytime</p>
