Last year(2021 August) I renewed my cellphone contract and was promised a Pick n Pay voucher worth R1500, which I was supposed to receive from the Ignition Group and till today I haven't gotten it. To date (the last follow-up was today 3 June 2022) I have followed up and have been issued with 7 reference numbers and have called in at least 11 times also having spoken to some of the people more than once. Listed below are the reference and the some of the name of the people I have spoken to who keep telling me that the matter has been ESCALATED: Ref# 3010272...Ref# 2929787 (Patric)...Ref# 3186881...Ref # 3229049...Ref# 307246 (Siphiwo)...Ref# 3146816 (Salomi) and the last one today Ref# 3258846. And I have also spoken to a Somia who did not issue me with a reference number. Honestly, this is frustrating as I was supposed to have received the Voucher in September 2021 already but instead, I keep being issued these useless reference numbers that clearly MEAN NOTHING. I am really disappointed in Vodacom and their counterparts as I have been a loyal customer and certainly don't deserve to be treated this way. I currently have 2 contracts with Vodacom where I am paying R600, with the one contract being over a 36 month peopriod.

Together with MTN I think this is the poorest service received by any network provider. An MTN rooter was delivered I did not have any information on the package. Eventually I found out that it was a 20 G wifi package. I called both MTN and Ignition to assist me as I will need a bigger package MTN could not help and Ignition is still non existant. I will return the device to MTN Vanderbijl and are not willing to do business with both companies.

We have placed numerous orders with Ignition marketing. They have all of our details including preferred colours, logo, etc. However we ordered a new Thank you card template from them x100 cards. They do send a pdf for you approval, but because they have all of our details and print our logo on hundreds of business cards/poster i didn't check the logo, which was, as per Sheena at Ignition, "accidentally cut off in the layout they did" and not their problem as they sent this to me to review. They would gladly print a second batch which corrects their error but we would have to pay for this. As per her email they will usually bring to your attention the error, which we never were. Very poor service and don't care attitude.

This Company has my details but they can't tell me where they got my details from. They called me with my correct number and I declined their offer. They decided to steal my Identity and call someone else pretending to be me. Scammers of note. Can Peter please investigate this for me.

<p>This company which owns Telecoms has been debuting money from my account without my consent. I asked standard bank to return and block them in March 2017 from debiting (STD bank ref: ********** 977) of which they fail me as a customer as my account was debited again today by the same ignition telecoms based in Durban which don't answer their phone ********** 300 and between them and standard bank I don't know who is worse in this criminal activity and how do I trust them as the bank with my finances, and as for Ignition Group and Sean Ryan Bergsman with the person who created this havoc in my credit I hope they burn to hell and with that as they continue to enjoy the money they steal from victims of their crime like me, they should ensure that their children will forever be comfortable at our money expense.</p> <p> </p> <p>that said, they should stop this madness and the banks ought to protect their customers from vultures like ignition.</p>

<p>I had cancelled my data contract with Telkom which I have had for over 3 and half years, all of a sudden I am receiving sms and emails congratulating me on taking up a new contract with Telkom which I am not aware of, I then called Telkom call center to find out what is happening to my account and the gentlemen says that on their system it is showing that on 28 November 2016 I have reinstated the data contract which I had cancelled and says that it looks like it was a call centre agent from Ignition Marketing who registered the contract, of which I have no recall of even on my phone as I am going through my call log I don’t see any call coming in from Ignition Marketing on the 28 November 2016. From now on I would like Ignition Marketing to account as to how, when and by whom did this deal go through because I have no record of it, I am also requesting that Ignition Marketing to delete my contact details from they system?</p>
