This must be the worst bank to ever sign up with in SA. I have never had so much issues as I have with them. Incompetent and just takes more and more money then won't help you to resolve problems. DON'T EVER SIGN UP WITH THEM.
<div>THE WORST SERVICE!!!!! If knowing what we know now we would've never gone with this prepaid meter company. We have been trying to get POP's from them to see that the body corps are receiving payment and after asking Bone to give me a call back twice and ***** promising we would have feedback in 5min this morning at 9am we still did not. Why do people need to scream and phone a million times before anything gets done. My call was ignore 4 times at the Gauteng branch and only after I phone the Durban branch did they answer the first time. This is ridiculous service. You would expect the companies who have branches open still to treat clients proficiently, not at Netvendor Gauteng it seems. This would not have been needed to be escalated to management should you just make sure you get your job done</div>
Alan Crusoe is said to be specialist, however he has the worst customer service!!!! Really gives a bad name to the company
If there was a zero that would be more suitable. Wesbank loaded an ILLEGAL manual debit order on my account which means that I was debited twice in November, i then phoned for the refund, they then processed it - not aware that they had already reversed the debit, now treating me as a criminal. Smoke to multiple incompetent employees, lastly spoke to Skye van Niekerk a team leader who is no help and doesn't care about the way that client are spoken toe and not at all find their needs important. If our business had to treat the customer they way Skye and his team does we would probably be bankrupt.
We have been trying to sort out our account with them for over two month. We have had to change our account manager twice as we aren't receiving good service. VERY disappointing would not recommend to any company that works fast paced.

We have placed numerous orders with Ignition marketing. They have all of our details including preferred colours, logo, etc. However we ordered a new Thank you card template from them x100 cards. They do send a pdf for you approval, but because they have all of our details and print our logo on hundreds of business cards/poster i didn't check the logo, which was, as per Sheena at Ignition, "accidentally cut off in the layout they did" and not their problem as they sent this to me to review. They would gladly print a second batch which corrects their error but we would have to pay for this. As per her email they will usually bring to your attention the error, which we never were. Very poor service and don't care attitude.
A test debit was taken off my account without being notified of this. I phone your incompetent call center and spoke to a Eugene(he calls himself a manager) and Yungela-i was left to hold for over 20minutes before i could be put through to a manager, you may listen to the recording to prove this, I signed for a debit order to go off the last day of the month, so by all means please do a test then, but also not then only credit my account 3months later. ***????? Why does it take 3 months to reflect on my account??????? This is stealing and breach of contract. TELKOM IS THE WORST SUPPLIER TO DEAL WITH. If i can give anyone advice, DO NOT SIGN ANY CONTRACT with this company.
This is the 2nd time we have tried to cancel a line and both times it has taken over 2 months to receive a response. And we still get billed for the month we've cancelled. The most recent cancellation was sent through on the 12th of June, I have followed up every second day and still no cancellation. Every time I am told that it will be sent through to cancellation and they will make contact with no luck. THIS IS THE WORST SUPPLIER I HAVE DEALT WITH.
