This company F K Dental Laboratories make mistakes which is to the financial detriment of clients. They institute no effort to rectify the mistake and refuse to extend an apology afterwards. The owner has no interest in client service. Future clients should be aware of the risk of using the services of F K Dental. Avoid them at all costs.

Multichoice mistake on WTA Tennis.
The WTA1000 tennis tournament in Doha, Qatar is currently taking place. Every WTA1000 event attract the top 20 ladies on the planet. However, Multichoice did not submit a bid to secure rights to show this tournament on Supersport. Poor decision and silly mistake.

Eye & Laser Clinic, Bellville - lack of patient service.
*********** admin staff simply don't care about patients. Appointments made weeks in advance just ignored. Various staff members give patients different instructions about procedures. They refuse to apologize for mistakes and pathetic service. Management arrogant and rude towards patients & relatives. Avoid at all costs.

Cape Union Mart gets 5 stars.
I received a jacket for my birthday, but the size was one to small. I decided to try to swop this for a bigger one. What a pleasant experience. Jaco was extremely helpful in finding another jacket - even offering to get one from another branch. I did however find one with another colour which I decided to take. The process at the pay point to do the swop was efficient and swift. What a pleasure to do business with CUM.

I have sent a complaint to their email and also noted it on Facebook. No response. Lack of management just continues.

No client service.
***********, lack of management, no client service and poor performance. These are the overall projections of this company. They do distribution for Media24 and fail dismally to provide an acceptable service. They should either close doors or cancel the contract with Media24 immediately.

Makro is pathetic
Makro is a pathetic organization. 2 visits to the store and no stock on the item. Enquiry on their website -after 5 days NO response. A call to the call center - spoke to a zombie. He can only note the complaint and total lack of client service. No suggestion as how to solve my problem. Is anybody at Makro interested in doing business?

Food was excellent, service was very good. Nice ambiance for us older folk. Would recommend to anyone.
