Kindly get your call center to stop calling me, I did not opt in for any marketing. I am being harassed by your call center trying to offer me quotes. Stop being so desperate for business.
I just received my SARS refund, however I am unable to complete any transactions on my Standard bank Cheque account. There is a lock on the account. I cannot access any funds at all. Why is this? No other bank has this issue, just Standard Bank. I've received refunds in my Standard bank account before and this has never happened in the past. This is one of the many reasons why I stopped banking with you guys in 2021
Bunch of useless people. Don't trade with these crooks. Monitor your trades that hit sl or tp because these people just know how to rob their clients
Dear Standard Bank,. I have been trying to make payment arrangements on my Advance Account for the past month and a half and I just keep getting sent from pillar to post. All I want to do is make payment arrangements and your debtcare centre cant even assist with that. Please can someone contact me regarding my account
Two months later and still no response to my query. I've made numerous calls and sent multiple emails but your relationship manager just ignores.
A week later, still no response or solution to my previous complaint. Well done Standard Bank, for a massive institution like this, you guys really treat your customers like trash when they're down and out
Highly disappointed in Standard bank. My account was on payment holiday, I kept calling their useless call centre to have the debit order reinstated but they couldn't even do that. The account went so deep into arrears that I had to put myself under debt review. They then cancel the debt review and I'm being handed over from one attorney to the next and getting threatening messages of repossession. Why should a client suffer for your incompetent staff
Today I will rate you guys 1 star, if even possible I'd rate you 0. You people have handed my account over to attorney's for the error your useless call centre agents have made. Numerous occasions I have called in and requested my debit order to be reinstated and I was advised it will be referred to the relevant team. Today I am contacted by attorneys advising me that standard bank wants to take legal action, due to your own incompetence! I will never bank with you guys again once this account is settled and I'll be sure to make all my peers and family members to never bank with you people.
There isn't enough stars here to even rate the service I've been given by Jo and his team. They will go above and beyond to protect and fight for their clients. I have no words to even explain how grateful I am. "If they can't get it done, no one can". Thank you Jo for always responding to my texts and returning my calls instantly. I am really sorry for being such a troublesome client but I also deeply want to thank you for your understanding and patience.
Useless to say the least. I made an instant payment to my standard bank account , its now 7 hours later and the money still isn't reflecting. Spoke to 5 different agents and capitec and I get 5 different answers. They couldn't care less about their customers. I need my money to be released today. Why else is it called instant payment if its going to reflect 24 hours later. They just want to pass the blame onto the receiving bank when the issue is on their side. Fix this **** before I close my account and move my salary back to standard bank
