I’m really disappointed by the level of service I’ve received from employees that taxify/bolt employs. My colleague received a call by one of her drivers who dropped her off at her place, threatening her. Furthermore, he texted her using offensive words showing no respect for SA gender. I am disappointed and disgusted at these proceedings. This is the drivers numbers: 072 788 6620
I have had 2 bad encounters with Debonairs Pizza thus far. I am completely unhappy with their delivery time as well as their service. 1. Debonairs Pizza Kloof (Shop 202 Kloof Village Mall, Village Road, Kloof) My first encounter was with Debonairs Pizza in Kloof while I was on holiday in Durban. I placed an order, online, on Saturday the 24th of March 2018, at about 19:00 for delivery for 19:30. I gave them clear instructions, as the app allows for that, to call me on my cell phone upon arriving at the gate. Reason being, at that time I stayed at a BnB with many other families and using the buzzer at the gate, which is not working, would not help. So at 19:40 I called the store, to which we were told the driver was there and he waited for 5min and he left because no one answered the buzzer. We told them, over the phone, that the buzzer does not work, please call us on the cell phone or even leave a missed call. This continued to happen 3 more times, where we were told the driver was there 3 times and there was no answer. The store manager had our numbers and never notified us that the driver was at the gate even though we mentioned that to him. This continued until 20:50 until a new driver arrived. I expressed my frustrations with the store manager who was rude at first and later apologised. We let this situation slide. 2. Debonairs Pizza Boulders (Shop 49 The Boulders Shopping Centre, Old Pretoria Road, Midrand) My second encounter with Debonairs Pizza occurred yesterday, 7 April 2018. I reside 2km from Debonairs Pizza Boulders. I've always used their online system to order because sometimes one gets very busy to cook, and yesterday was one of those days. Worst part I was really hungry to have a quick bite and continue with my work. 2.1. I have placed an order at 16:05 for delivery for 16:15 (which the app allows for that - although I did not mind it arriving at 16:40). I called the store at 16:45, the number I had took me through to the call centre, where I was told that delivery time is between 45min - 1hr if one has used the online system. I was ok with that, so I let it go. 2.2. I called the number again at 17:30. I was (by a different operator) told that my order has been dispatched 30min ago and I was asked to be patient as they have quite a lot of deliveries. So I agreed. 2.3. I called the same number again at 18:10 (2hrs from the time I ordered). I was then told, by a different operator, that delivery time, due to the volume of deliveries, is 1hr to 1hr - 30. I told her that I placed an order 2hrs ago. To which she asked if she could put me through to the store manager and I agreed. The store manager said she will find out where the driver is and she will call me back. I received no apology and no call back. 2.4. The delivery arrived at 18:20. I paid for my purchase. I looked at the invoice to see what time my order was made to my surprise it was made for 16:15 but was delivered at 18:20 2.5. During our meal, On the Double, we realised that the top pizza was fresh and the bottom pizza was very stale and hard to chew on. We were so defeated by this we never bothered to call the call center nor the store as we would have to wait another 2hrs to get an order that is pleasant. This was my last order with Debonairs Pizza. Their online system and delivery coordination does not work at all. I would have appreciated a call to at at least let me know that the delivery will be late due to high demand. Thanks, TTM

I am never ever taking my car back to Group 1 Nissan Uitenhage for service. They used an electric drill to fasten all the wheel nuts. As if that's not bad enough they used the darn thing again to fasten Lock nut. As if that's not bad enough too, the broke the Lock nut key.
Ay man, this is not professional at all!!
