Lack of Empathy and Incredibly Rude Staff"
Van Rhyns attorneys harasses people like crazy without getting their facts straight, especially Mashudu, she didn't wanna hear my case and threatened to list my name on ICT for an account that has been paid, are they above the law because they are lawyers? on the 12 November 2025 I first spoke to Wandile, I explained to him that the information that they had was incorrect, at least he was polite enough and apologized and indicated that he will verify this. It's true that women are difficult, no wonder the term "pull her down syndrome" exist its women like her, the way this Mashudu was threatening me about ICT, whilst her facts were not correct, the decent thing she could have done was to go back and verify her facts before threatening me, even after learning that she didn't have the right information, she did not see the need to apologize. If the firm wants to protect its reputation, Mashudu should not be dealing with clients, she so rude, I give it to her.

Standard bank home loans division
The service I received from Standard bank home loans , particularly from Mongezi Nkasane is the worst service ever, I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied with the quality of service I received, i wanted to switch my home loan from FNB to Standard bank as my main bank is Standard bank so that all my accounts are with one bank, but after the poor service i received from him, I am not interested anymore I rather move my account somewhere else, he doesn't even have the decency to return a call or give an update. My application was approved, but he excluded the registration costs, all was needed was that amended,. For me to even learn about the approval I had to make follow up calls, during those calls not even once I managed to speak to him as I was always told that he is busy and he will call, not even once he called to give feedback. I had questions to ask about whether the application for the registration costs has been approved as he indicated in one of the emails that he was waiting for the credit department, from there he went quiet I sent him emails , left several messages for him which he never returned my calls until I gave up and my offer ended up expiring. The last I left was with Celeste who assured me that Mongezi will call me to give me an update, till the day Mongezi has not called,l. Standard bank has been recruiting me to have a private banker which I was considering taking, but after such a poor I am no longer interested, I am just curious to know why Mongezi felt I deserved that kind of service, as I believe his actions were intentional.

<p>I must compliment Shamanie Pillay from Retentions Department for the service she has given me and the time she took to understand my concern. I called Discovery Insure to cancel my policy but as I speak I am happy to stay with Discovery Insure and I am very happy about the premium she offered. It is the best from all the quotes I have recieved from other insurance companies . Thank you so much Shamanie for all your patience and taking time to under customers needs. </p>
