Horrible Northgate branch.
Your Northgate branch is terrible. Horrible service and falsely accusing us of owing money. Also gave incorrect prescription. We will never go back and nobody we know will go there. Sies man.

Products out of stock
Usually great service, but twice it has happened that I order products then wait more than a week only to find out that the products are out of stock. Disappointing. And then it takes a while before you get your money back. Won't be ordering from them again. No guarantee you will get what you ordered.

Horrible customer service.
Horrible customer service. One item was not delivered more than 2 weeks ago and they have been emailing back and forth and nothing has come from it. I have had to explain which item it a few times. I have had to ask for a specific outcome a few times. Poor communication and even worse service.

Pathetic customer service.
We are struggling to complete my wife's tax return as Liberty Life didn't upload her tax certificate properly onto SARS eFiling. We have phoned their call centre. We have emailed them twice and we haven't heard back from them. Pathetic service. Absolutely outraged.

Poor service delivery
<p>Took my car for a service and they broke a component whilst servicing the car. Told me that they'll order the part and phone me back the very next day. Still waiting for their call 2 weeks later. Very unsatisfied. </p>
