Thank you for messing up my day with such bad service.. Mapooty thinks she is on top of the world. What happened to clientele?? Firstly i made an enquiry about nail treatment i was told the person who deals with nails is not in she will contact me when she gets back. That never happened after 2 full days. Got there and the lady says ooh i am the one who will do your nails. I asked what are you going to do because i didnt book for nails i made an enquiry and was still waiting for you to get back to me.. No Answer !Secondly you didnt send us the correct address when i made a booking drove all the way to your old place in Olievedale got to the gate and parked outside and rand the bell waited for a good 10 mins with no response only to be sent a text for the new address and only told that you have moved..got to the new place and placed a complaint then was told to call Mapooty who had no respect what so ever to listen to my side of the story. She was so rude on the phone and i dropped the call on her. Left the place and went to the spa im in the same area i received exceptional service a full top notch 90mins service. Thank Mapooty for spoiling my day after recommending most of my friends to you in the past and for embarrasing me in front of my friend who i was bringing to also experience what i experienced previously. Would never recommend you to anyone. Thank you to your competitor Euels Spar and beauty salon for taking us in. Mapooty work on your lousy attitude if you need more clients from referrals😡
Wish i had read reviews before purchasing my couches. I bought my coushes Aug 2021 then beginning of Jan 2022 the couches were alreadymaking sounds by the frame and when you sit on it the sponge will just go down as if i have had the couch for years. I called Luke from the Bruma shop to get them fixed as they were only 5 months old. He sent a driver from the warehouse to come and have a look at them then after realising that they were not properly done he had to take all the couches back including cushions to the warehouse. Mind you they sent him without anyone to help him carry the couch back because Luke had indicated that he will have a look at them and take them back. I am a small bodied lady, i had to help the driver carry the couches. I was in pain for 5 days. Secondly the couches got fixed and were delivered a week later but the pillows were not properly done. I returned them with the driver with the hope that it was an easy job to fix. Its been 3 weeks today and they still cant sew the pillows right as they have a certain design and firstly i bought grey couches and they delivered grey cushions and Luke was rude and said i ordered green couches. When i went to collect the pillows from the Woodmead branch i took with me a sample of the right pillows they had delivered and Luke said he doesnt understand how i got a pillow when i returned them. Had to explain that the couch has 6 pillows and from those 6, 2 were returned so obviously i am left with 4 hence i was carrying a grey pillow to Woodmead to chevk if they delivered the right thing. This shows he doesn't know his work. Then on the 9th of Feb Luke said the pillows are done and i should meet him at the Woodmead store. I got there again after i had sent him pictures of what needs to be fixed he himself brought the wrong stuff. I told him that was the ladt time i am wasting my petrol driving to the store for wrong orders. So they should deliver to my place because they keep getting it wrong. Today 11 Feb i sent him a text askimg when i should expect delivery as it should not take more than 2 days to make 2 pillows. He sent me Jabu's number from the warehouse to deal with him directly. I told him i did not deal with Jabu in any instance so he needs to sort everything out with Jabu and in addition he says he did not agree to delivery to my place. My question is Luke is the store manager, why is he not able to manage customer queries why should he be referring me to someone else and secondly, he gave the factory people wrong instructions twice and expects me to waste my petrol and drive to Woodmead to pick up when the problem was caused by him twice. They do not want to suffer any losses on their side while the continuosly cause unnecessary errors.
Never been this embarrased in my life please help me expose Lungi Mr Price Home Woodmead. I found 2 item with the sticker then she approaches me to say a staff member sent me the pictures of products with the sticker because why is it that i found the throw and mugs. Then she says im committing fraud because i am taking everything. She says i can only take 1 product. Grabs the mugs leaves them on the till and goes to the back for 10 mins then she is talking on top of her voice and all tellers are looking at me then says they should not give me anything and left. I went to the till to say your Supervisor Lungi said i can only have 1 item then a cashier wants to take down my details and take me pictures as if im a thief. Ooh then she asks so i came all the way just to get things with the stickers so im not buying anything. Told her how do i still buy when im treated like a criminal at the very shop. I was so annoyed because of lousy R90 mugs which i ended up buying cash to show her that i can afford. #Mrpricehome is this how you treat your customers as if we are criminals? There is always a correct manner of approach to addressing issues if i was in the wrong because i repeatedly told her that i wasnt aware that what i was doing was wrong but she kept on making a fool out of me.
When will the network problem be fixed around Buccleuch/Sandton area because the maintenance should have been from 2am to 6am? Noone seems to know when the network will be restored. We are paying customers please give us productive feedback as you are affecting our businesses.
Lucrative Designers are scammers. I paid a deposit of R5250 for him to make a couch and even sent him pictures of what i wanted. The couch he posted was completely different and promised to make another couch which he never did since January 2021. He promised to give me back my money Tinotenda Sithole but it has been effortless as the guy is full of lies. He posts pictures on Instagram of other people's work as he cant even do the designs.
Paid this guy Vusi a deposit of R4000 for a set of couches in April 2021 now in August he still has not done them and when i asked for a refund he keeps making excuses. He is a fraud as he does not have a warehouse he advertises other people's work on Facebook and Instagram. He even blocked me from his pages because i was writing reviews and warning other potential customers of his tendencies. Vusi Mhlanga is a scammer
