Good day, I am hereby writing to express my total dissatisfaction with service received from vodacom on my contract. When i took this contract, I agreed on terms that I was paying for 2 phones and w watched and the total amount was +-R1500. I was happy with that. Early this year my bill was changed to R1700, no notification nothing. When I called and spoke to your agent, she told me something about an incorrect insurance correction that was being done. I mad eit clear to her that it is not my fault that you put me on a wrong contract. She told me the correction has affected a lot of clients and some will be corrected back to the original and amount and amount over debited will be refinded possibly but they don't know which clients will be affected in that manner so she can't say if I will be corrected and refunded but for now I must leave it as it is and they will also send me a notification. I wasn't happy but I left it. Now I have been billed R1700 plus for March and I have deliberately not paid my bill because it means next month it will be 2000 that I will be billed. Here are my expectations : 1. Correct my contract to 1500, the amount I agreed on with my signature. 2. My contract should be at the correct Market price these phone are worth because at no point was this communicated to me upfront that I was put on a wrong insurance sum, and that's none of my problem. 3. I want it in writing this time and failing to honor the above, I will be taking the matter to the ombudsman and we both know that from the treating customer fairly percepepective , you have failed dismally. If you check my history, I once had a contract with vodacom and a similar experience happened where I cancelled the contract and you continue to keep it running and made it my fault. I blatantly told you that I will not pay for it and I u didn't pay for it. I don't know what possesed me to give you a seconds chance seriously. You are ***********,unprofessional and inefficient and you want your customers to pay for it and I am nit going to. Every cent has been budgeted for in my money so this additional amounts you have added without my knowledge are hurting my budget. Please fix this immediately Yahoo Mail: Search, organise, conquer

I received the order but my card message was wrong. Now I have to buy a card and write the messeges myself.
I am so disappointed that after years of cancelling my Vodacom contract, nothing has changed. Their billing department is the most useless and unprofessional I've come across in my entire years of using service providers. I cancelled my contract with them years ago for the same reason. I recently gave them the benefit of doubt assuming things have gotten better and guess what? Not even. They will debit your money on a wrong date, before or after. I made contact with them on WhatsApp platform to make a payment arrangement, guess what they debited 3 days after the agreed date, what kind of a huge organisation that cannot follow a simple instruction? I'm appalled and disgusted at their service once again and I'm not renewing this particular contract when it ends. It's a pity I can't take the things back because I bought them in October. Never again will I take a contract from them I've learner my lesson and I will sure pass the word to anyone around me
I ordered 4 smart watches in September. The order hasn't moved. It's still on paid status, no contact numbers whatsoever to enquire. This is a **** website, do not buy from them

Your Andrew Daniel's and your finance or credit control department are the most incompetent resources you have in your organization. They cannot take and implement a simple instruction. More than 2k has been debited from my account without my permission because they lack ethics and do not understand what does servicing a customer entails. And your website does not have details about where to send complaints. I demand that amount be reversed and the initial payment agreement I had made be implemented. Over and above this tell me what you are going to do about my time wasted, my data wasted trying to explain a simple instruction. YOU CANNOT GO AND DEBIT AMOUNTS I DID NOT AGREE TOBESPECIALLY WHEN I HAVE GIVEN YOU CLEAR INSTRUSCTION ON HOW DEBIT AND WHEN AND YOU DECIDED TO DK YOUR OWN THING.
