I app**** for a contract Iphone 13 and was told the order will be delivered in 3-7 working days. 8 days later the phone still not delivered, I called Vodacom to follow up & been told that the phone is out of stock and it will take 14 days to be in stock then delivery will be taking place. No communication hence I been waiting and no one advised me. This is a urgent matter & feel like cancelling this & rather try MTN!
Placed an express order on 18/08/2025. the order only arrived on 22/08/2025. a whole week. What was the use of the express? The sneakers was not what was posted & i asked them if I can get a refund & i was being told that they do not give any refunds but will be happy to exchange which I agreed upon. My son needed that sneakers for his 16th birthday so i had to go and buy additional sneakers while I am waiting the exchange to take place. They promised to do the exchange asap but again, another week went by & still no exchange after I made a payment of R3700. Instead they told me that they are busy with orders that are going out....which means I have to wait until they feel like doing the exchange or maybe they just dont want to process anything because they got the money already. They dont keep me posted I have to keep on asking them when the exchange will be taking place. today is the 1st of Sept i text again the responded by saying Today i Monday will will notify you. They been saying that they will notify me. I am sorry but they are seriously starting to irritate me. I was planning on supporting these guys all the way buy the are very unprofessional. So be careful guys. My 1st time experience & it is horrible! Very disappointed. I followed up again on Monday 01/09/2025. I was being told the order is being "processed" .i was refered to a lady that goes by the name of Latifah. I gave her my order number & everything as discussed with one of the guys there. She told me that i can have the one pair of sneakers & the underwear where as I am suppose to receive 2 pairs of sneakers and the underwear. she said i must arrange the courier & I told her i paid over R240 for the express delivery already. She asked me why didn't I talk to her as if I knew. I told her that i was waiting Ridwaan gave me excuses prior to that. she apologised & told me after that they gor ****med by international shipment & is still busy recovering from that....yea right...she never got back to me until i had to text her today. she then told me she was involved in a car accident this morning i sympathized with her even. she told me to arrange a courier if they get it today I will receive my order tommorow. she then offered to book the courier telling me that that will collect today. she send me her capitec card that state her account number so I had to pay an additional R250 in her account. i asked her to change my address hence she requested the courier she gave me a shipment number and said call the courier guy she cant do anything bout it she doing order today just like i got pushed aside last week. after paying the R250in her account her mood changed and i made her aware of that she told me who is the client "'DONT EVEN START I AM DOING YOU A FAVOUR"" . i told her you been giving me al kinds of stories she even said sorry for telling you my stories you dont deserve them....the sarcasm towards the customer trying to act cute with me. she then starting giving me attitude and when i asked her a simple question " when will exchange be done" she didn't respond. R3590 later still nothing, plus attitude & excuses. i was looking forward on supporting these guys in future but its a BIG NO from me. Guys be very very careful. Ive had ENOUGH! I am not leaving it here though I am busy getting my lawyers to deal with this matter hence it is draining as a customer to go back & forth to receive the items that I was already paid for nearly 2 weeks ago & on top of that get disrespected & **** on.
Been struggling to purchase items via using my wicode. they been telling me the app is being updated its been 2 weeks now. no notification was send. I was standing with a trolley full of groceries in a long line at Pick n Pay just to find out that there is no wicode on the app available. they are so unproffessional. whenever you call in they cannot answer questions & do not want to put you through to a manager. I am really thinking of settling this account & close it for good.
I've ordered an item online 07/05/2025. still haven't received it. after getting an email 07/05/2025 stating my order is on its way. I called Edgars & no one knows why. When I tried to track it I saw that the collection was cancelled today 13/05/2025 07:33 for some reason. I called again no one can tell me what the problem is. I app**** for a Woolworths store card 2 weeks ago online. After the application it was stated that I qualify provincial with a credit limit of R26 500 and they will call me to collect my card. I also emailed my payslip & ID copy. no one came back to me so I went online to check my status & it required me to apply again. An agent called me after that to help with the 2nd application I advised that I already done everything & she was like because I went online to check the status it cancelled my previous application which I think is very stupid. She advised me to do another online application which I did same procedure emailed the docs required took selfies. Same message popped up that I qualify provincial with a credit limit of R21 600 mind you the credit limit was decreased for some reason. 4 days later still no feedback when I should collect the card. I called the call centre today and the the guy transferred me to the relevant dept and the lady didn't even gave me a chance to speak she just told me that my application was declined & dropped the call while I was still talking. This is VERY VERY unprofessional behaviour. I did not expect this at all. And Also I dont have a bad credit history I only got 1 account and it is up to date. So i dont know why my application was declined after doing it online & being notified that it was approved with the credit limit that was provided. This is a really bad look & I don not appreciate your service at all. Shy play around with clients? Someone better make this right.
So I've been a member at planet fitness since 2010. I usually go there by myself and I go every day. I see a lot of the regulars there & we always acknowledge each other. So after a good work out I always go to the steam room. when I go into the steam room I go naked to get a good full 10 min steam. After covid is was wearing shorts for a long while but back to my old routine where I go in naked & so does some of the other members. this morning I decided to go to the steam room for 10 min and I saw this one white shaving when I walked passed by. I went in the steam room without my short as per usual and this very same guy came in afterwards. As he opened the door without greeting or being polite he chased me out of the steam room telling me to get out for not wearing a short & that i am not suppose to be in there and the way he was even pointing for me to get out. He was very rude & disrepectful towards me. I just left because I know myself very well if I had stayed 5 sec longer there were going to be DRAMA! I left he probally felt superior. The way he was also acting as if he own the steam room. Just because he got a issue now it is a problem? People walk naked, shower naked with open doors, they use the steam room naked & no one cares like we all men & no one had issues for the past 13 years I've been at planet fitness Lynnwood this never ever happend to me or anyone that I know who is a member who use the steam room. I don't think people should be bul**** just because one person feel some type of way. What does he think the locker room is? His living room?? If some one got a problem at least be polite and address a person with respect not like I am your child, don't talk to me like I'm a child. Now I want to know if we use the steam room and prefer to go in naked is it allowed or not? Like I said the reason I do that is because I enjoy an overall full body steam. And if this had to lead for me to cancel my membership I will do so and simply do so and join another gym . Simple. Because I willl not be disrepected in any way because of one stupid msunu!
Good Day Good day, You guys do not answer calls the WHOLE DAY??!!! My car need to be taken off the machines once again because ford cannot get any authorization. This is very unprofessional. My child is has been waiting at school since 14:00 and it is one hour later. I need to go to ford & get into traffic & drive back to pick my my child, Then go back to ford again & hope that you answer to give auth, I missed 1 payment last year Nov & no one informed me. No sms, no call nothing but you still kept on deducting my account as if everything was in order. This is unacceptable & I will take this matter further.
Steam room been out of order since Dec 2022. Everyday when reception is been asked about it either make empty promises or give different stories. This is unacceptable & Unprofessional. Some of us use the steam room on a regular basis. There is always issues regarding this. this is not on & hope the problem will be attended to asap.
I went to to BP garage at Glenfair & they gave out flyers on a promotion that they got going on with King price. On Sunday( 28/08/2022) I've send an sms to King price on 44707 as per flyer for a non -commitment quote. I got a call back the Monday(29/08/2022) fromm Kevin and he gave e a quote telephonically and also advised that he will send it to me via email & advised that I will receive a sms with the confirmation code to redeem the R350 voucher at BP Glenfair. I haven't received the quote nor the confirmation sms & called again on Tuesday(30/08/2022). I spoke to another guy & he told me that he will ask Kevin to call me back & that I will receive the sms. I called again Wednesday (31/08/2022) and spoke to a lady with the name Rochelle & explained everything . She advised to resend the quote & told me that she will ask Kevin to send the sms to redeem the R350 voucher at BP Glenfair. Today is Thursday 01/09/2022 & guess what...Haven't received the quote or the confirmation sms to redeem the voucher. So I've been waiting the whole week for nothing? This is very unprofessional. Don't hand out flyers & promoting things that you cannot adhere to. I spoke to 3 people and no one are able to assist. this is terrible!
I've received a flyer with the BP glenfair promotion on Sunday. I've text the unique code to king price as stated on the flyer. A guy with the name of Kevin called me on Monday & gave me a quote. I asked him to email me the quote & he advised that he will email it & that I will receive the confirmation the sms to redeem the R350 petrol voucher at BP Glenfair. I haven't received anything. I called again yesterday & spoke to someone else and he told me that Kevin is just busy on a call & that he will call me back when he is done . I still didn't get a call or the quote or the confirmation sms. I was chatting online with a consultant & she advised that she will send the info to the relevant department.. .....Guess what...NOTHING! So I don't know what this is all about. today is Wednesday & they decided to go mute. I am very disappointed & this is VERY unprofessional. They send out flyers to people next thing they ignore you once you give them information
