DISGUSTINGLY RUDE PEOPLE
calling me for my mother is ridiculous, the more I'm telling these people i dont live with my mother and have no control over whos calls she takes or does not take. My mother says she has spoken to them, what more do they want me to do???? If i get a call again, I will take you to the ombudsman. enough. have no accounts with you. there is no reason you should even have my number. and then your call centre people are rude also, speaking over me as I am trying to explain how i cannot help. DISGUSTING

This app gets more and more expensive every month yet the quality of things on the app decreases every month. Every second order now has an issue. Missing items, items incorrect. It’s terrible. I’ve actually deleted this app. You’re taking peoples hard earned money in today’s economy and giving the horrible service. Do better

Disgusting delivery processes
I am shocked at the nonchalant attitude of these people! I called on Thursday and was advised that my parcel is out for delivery that day. Was advised that if I receive nothing I should call the following day! (Today). I called today and was advised that it was delivered yesterday and signed for by Charles, first of all; who the heck is Charles!? I was then advised that they will call me back and once they did. It was discovered that the driver had marked my package as delivered (uhm, that’s fraud) but it is still in the van and will be delivered today! Guess what!? NOTHING HAS COME YET!!! Where is my study material!!!! I have an assignment due on Friday next week. Disgusting honestly. Complete incompetence!
