One plan has continuously been excellent in client service, refunding payments to Vet bills or processing and paying out claims. Thank you Oneplan! Most recently Reabetsoe Letsatsi did an amazing job. I commend her on her efficiency and work ethic. Thank you Reabetsoe! In such a stressful time when one’s beloved pet is unwell it is most reassuring to have Oneplan at your back. Highly Recommended Pet Insurance!!

One Day Only Sucks!!!
ONE DAY ONLY SERVICE DELIVERY IS A PROBLEM! I did not get the product i ordered and paid for. And only discovered this when I sent an email to enquire re my delivery! Furthermore, it took nearly 6 weeks to get refunded and i had to send numerous emails!!! I will NEVER buy from One day only again after my this experience. AND I will not speak one good word of One day only EVER AGAIN!!! Poor Service, no Accountability and if i did not continue asking (and threatening) i would never have received my refund.
