Faulty shoe
I have a question. Is leveson a certified lacoste reseller? Because i bought a lacoste sneaker end of August and only wore it 3 times but the condition tje sneaker is in now. First time i wore it the locoste signed at the bottom of the shoe was off and now its starting to tear on the side. I truster locoste brand. I dont if its levesons or lacoste. I bought a lacoste tekkie on the 31st of Ausgust 2024 from levesons Durban CBD. The lacoste sign if now ********** and its starting to tear on the side ,mind you i only wore it 3 times and washed it once. The whole R1350 gone down the drain. They sell **** lacoste at there yet they claim they are certified resellers of the brand. I would not advice anyone to ever buy from this store ever again.i wish i could report them to lacoste straight. I'm so ****ed

Monde(Premium Building) poor customer service
Pathetic customer service from one of the Employees (MONDE,City Life Premium Building) that the company chose to hire, no patience whatsoever, no empathy towards customer queries and and no manners for someone of his age. Im a new tenant and I have a bank query with the building, the man shows no remorse or anything, can't liaise with customers in the query one has.. To him all that matters is I have to pay pay pay,

BAD service
<p>I went to do a debit card dispute on the 06/,06/2017. And they told me it's going to be in my account withun 5 business days, I called the customer services but they did not help me. On the 19th of June I went to the branch to get answers and they told me they have made a mistake and there is nothing they can do... I have been waiting for my money for more then 10 business days now. Worse part is that they don't tell me when will I get my money.. </p>

BAD service
