****ming, paid but no service
You pay for a service and the work does not get delivered, when you ask for a refund, you are told the work was done. If the work was not delivered to me, then nothing was done for me, so you pay for nothing. Every day you get promised it will be send and it never get send. Now my calls get ignored. ****med me out of my money.

Bad Service
I am waiting weeks for someone to contact me, and when they do and you give them all the details of what you need, they still get it wrong. How do you get someone from VOX to actually assist you and get it right.

Parcel Tracking
Vodacom picked up a parcel from my office on the 12th, it was delivered to the Vodacom warehouse on the 14th. The person who signed for the parcel was Sello. Tracking No V2P ********** The person collecting took the wrong parcel ( this one got clothes in). Trying to get this parcel back is a mission. I spoke to 10 different people and everyone is looking into it, put me on hold and never gets back to me. Is someone in the warehouse wearing my clothes that why they cant send the parcel back? V2P ********** K ********** 2018-11-14 08:00:00 AM DELIVERED, RECEIVED BY SELLO.

BAD or NO service
Your insurance changed from being fully insured to only third party without you even knowing it. The reason why.. Because they don't care to upload the documents that is send to them. After asking Kamenthia if they would have paid my claim if i had to claim, she confirmed no! and then put the phone down in my ear. So i called again, this time Ntando tried to assist, "i would call you back, our systems is down". So i am waiting. Then we decide lets drive there, first Lerato said the offices is in 261 Stanger Rd Durban... Nope, they not, so we called again, Ok we are in 2 Frostley Umhlanga... Ooops, we also not there anymore. So we called again, This time Nathan thought its a good idea to have us listening to music while we drive for more that 10 min, well i am still waiting for someone to call, In the meantime i am getting Quotes.
