Disappointment
A cashier from Macdonald Randburg is working with the phone snatchers, we drove in to place and order she told us to wait a few seconds, after my phone got snatched by her accomplice she referred us to the next window without taking our order. Her name is Talent from Macdonald Bramfisher

Unsatisfactory service
I requested a cancelation of my subscription and refund and i was told it will be processed within 5 working days. 9 days later it's still not processed

Waiting long hours for assistance
We get checked by a doctor then he/she sends you for an X-Ray, upon your return the doctor has knocked off then you are told to come back the following day at 7:00. On my return the following day we only get attened at 9:00 to inform us that the doctor who attended to you is not available and they are not sure if she is coming in or not so we must wait.
