Excellent service. Installed a 6.1kw battery a month and a half ago. Bain immediately assisted me with the correct settings. Had an issue at a stage and the battery were immediately replaced with a new battery. Excellent service and after sale service. Would recommend them any day...

On 2018/04/09 a termination request was send for my deceased fathers Telkom account (in credit at the time) to terminate their service after credit has been utilized. A tax invoice was suddenly received dated 2018/04/18 via the postal service for this account for amount R 290.75. Then suddenly we received another tax invoice dated 2018/05/20 via email with a balance of R 810.77. I wrote them an email dated 2018/06/13 requesting them to please explain why this service were not terminated after the credit has been utilized as requested, and why is a “NOTIFICATION FEE” of R 400.13 payable. I do understand that a cancellation may take some time and that rental is billed in advance and usage in arrears, to be finalized and that additional charges may have occurred but a “NOTIFICATION FEE” doesn't seem justifiable to me. On 2018/06/15 I've received an email confirmation that the service cancellation has been finalized. We didn't pay them anything at the time as I were awaiting their response in this regard. Now again on 2018/06/19 we received another invoice via email where they've now added interest for the account not been settled. *** Telkom, this really seems like a regular issue according to “hellopeter” and my Broadband (https://mybroadband.co.za/news/adsl/264191-the-7-month-battle-to-cancel-a-telkom-adsl-line.html) when it comes to cancelling services with Telkom. Are you really that hard up for business to milk your customers with all kind of hidden fees and dragged out cancellations. Why is a “NOTIFICATION FEE” payable??? My dad has passed away and there is no money in his estate.... We are settling his accounts out of our own pockets and really don't have time for money grabbers. As noted on your cancellation confirmation. "We value your business and trust you will reconnect with us again in the near future". After this I will NEVER consider doing any business with Telkom.
Their service is really pathetic. Try to follow up on a policy with no avail. Called a week ago ( ********** ), took my details and said they would get back to me, never did. Called today and no answer. Called the ********** no. and hold until kingdom comes. Really ***.... Think I must just refer the matter to my lawyer. My contact details: **********
I went to Pick 'n Pay Barberton yesterday afternoon. They advertise their ready made pizzas as "Buy any 2 save R25" (Excluding Pizza Bases and Large Margherita). I chose a pepperoni, chilli chicken and 2 migthy meaty pizzas and some other groceries. Got to the till and apparently the "migthy meaty" is not part of the "save R25" discount for it's new. This is totally unacceptable and false advertising, clearly they don't know what the word "ANY" means. I requested to speak to the manager on duty and even then I were refused my discount. I don't care about the R25 but it really ****es me off if retailers advertise discounts and then rob customers of their discounts, it's a matter of principle. I were furious and didn't even want the other groceries anymore and just left. I took a picture of the advert and will lay a complaint at the consumer commission this week.
I withdrew money yesterday at the Absa ATM at Crossings Nelspruit. The Absa ATM card reader were malfunctioning and didn't push my debit card out far enough to take it after I did the cash withdrawal and ended up that my card were retained and the transaction reversed. I immediately went to Absa Square to report the faulty ATM and for a new card to continue my monthly and Christmas shopping. Why am I then now charged R 120 for a new debit card if their ATM were malfunctioning. None of this were my fault that my card were retained and why should I be charged for their faulty equipment.\ I want my money back.
<p>I wonder who the person is at coca cola who decided to make the 2l bottles taller than they use to be. Maybe we should sue coca cola, because the taller bottles does not fit in most standard coolboxes or fridge doors. It really ****es me off if the new bottles doesn't fit. I love my coca cola, but if I can't find the the shorter 2l bottle in store that fit in by coolbox, I'll rather buy kingsley cola or other manufacturer's brand. Please bring back the shorter 2l bottles.</p>
