Surely there must be a way of getting these thieves to refund all monies paid to them. Unfortunately there is not even an email address
it is disgusting how they just take ones money, and there is absolutely no way of getting any money back, surely there must be some way that these people can be punished
In December 2020 I placed an order. On the item Set Of Two : USB Mosquito Killer, I ordered 3, so I should have received 6, but I only received 3. I also ordered a particular camping light, but I received the incorrect item. I have sent them 6 emails, but they have not replied to any of my emails. They owe me a refund. Their customer support and service is absolutely disgusting. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
I placed an order and paid immediately. However when I received the order, some of the items were not delivered, and some of the items were different to what I ordered. I have sent them 5 emails, which they have chosen to ignore. Their customer service is really bad.
Lifestyle Legal are threatening to sue me for "so called" monies that I owe them. What can I do to stop this ?
I am extremely unsatisfied with the service. My fibre how been down for 3 days. I logged my query 3 days ago, I have never had the courtesy of a call from VOX or TT connect. I have phoned 3 times, whoever attends to my query tell me the same thing "I will get someone to phone you with feedback", but this never happens.
