I had a debit order come off my account(cheque account) and there was no funds so everyday fnb is charging R200 saying its items paid no funds. My account is sitting on minus R1600 because if this. I am extremely unhappy. I have been banking with fnb for over 15 years and I am reafy to move to another bank if they dont refund my money!
I feel cheated. I am a home owner and I was abroad so I had a agency look after my property. The agency is Just Property Pine Town. The agents name is Wendy Blackwell.Myself and the tenants are unhappy with her. She failed to do a proper outgoing and in going inspection which had resulted in me being liable for property damage.she takes no accountability but has long excuses and I suspect used old pictures to present as outgoing and ingoing inspection.
I was on a flight from Johannesburg to Durban and I had a brand new bottle of perfume inside my big suitcase, someone opened my suitcase and stole the bottle inside and left the empty box. I have written two complaints to the company to express my disappointment with them but no one has reached out. I am still shocked that someone can open and steal goods from my personal belongings!!! Mango airlines has the worst service ever!!!
I own a house in pine town and I’m currently working abroad. I found this real estate agent who took care of my rentals since I was away. Last month my tenant passed out. I since found out that the rental agent has been charging the late tenant extra money and now is with holding her deposit. I have new tenants and this lady has not returned my remote and spare keys. The electricity bill hasn’t been paid. She is ignoring my calls and my plea to return my belongings. Please help me. I have attached her business card.
<p>A few months back my dad purchased a heart condition monitoring machine from this company. The machine stopped working whilst it was within its 2 year garantee, my dad returned the machine and they took it. I'm it's been 5 months we waiting for the new one. They keep giving us the run around telling us to contact the manufacturer Medinox, the manufacturer has lied to us countless times saying the machine is on it way. Please assist as this is getting out of hand.</p>
<p>i bought some items from the store and when I wanted to return one of the item in less then an hour of purchasing it, they told me that they have a no return policy, it was never opened or was it used. There is nowhere in the store or on their invoice where they state that they have a no return policy. I have never dealt with such unprofessional people in my entire life, the owner is worse. I am so disgusted by the store that I advise people to be careful. They tried to take chances but when I mentioned that I will bring a lawyer to the store they suddenly became God fearing people who are willing to return the money. i am still in shoc****!</p>
