Cant advise enough people to go here for help with their aircon or radio... ive had countless experiences with them and it just always seems that service is improving. 10/10 would visit again.
Yang, O'dell and Kostner is the literal cancer of telemarketing. There is nothing you can do but poison yourself to get rid of these scripted, robotic and persevering tumors. The rep that originally called me asked if i would be interested in products and i declined but still they phone every single day and pretend that the last conversation did not happen. (yes, i am talking about you Steven) do yourself a favor and if one of these tumors call you just **** the call and save yourself the frustration. (ps. they change their number every call so don't even worry about trying to block them)
Some problems you might encounter when using Mytelnet, -Service delivery issues to rival the government -Installation issues (being months behind schedule) -Constant issues with VOIP (if you use the service) -Constant issues with emails not reaching the intended person -Constant issues with emails not being received -Management ignoring your emails -Support not responding -Your Sales rep over promises like the ANC at election time and will disappear as soon as the sale is done (must know that service is shocking) Please know that this is not a full list as that would take days to summarize. N.B They will coach you to write a good review and give you service enough to keep you happy for a month or two before it all goes down hill. Avoid at all cost.

<p>Have been trying to get my billing and service sorted out for almost three weeks... the email requests go un-answered, they keep on phoning (my guess is that they want nothing in writing).</p> <p> </p> <p>I really regret switiching to MyTelNet... Avoid them at all costs, just like they avoid their clients.</p>
