I ordered online my ...

I ordered online my items, unfortunately the address I put was incorrect which resulted in my purchase being sent back to the supplier by the courier company (Ram)I went into the store Steve madden mall of the south,where the manager took an initiative to help me,she sent an email,within an hour I got a call from Steve madden,to reassure me they will send back the order if I wasn't keen on refund,today I got one of my items delivered I'm really grateful for the assistance I got at Steve madden mall of the south

I went to Pep clothi...

I went to Pep clothing at mall of the south, I got there at 17:50 to collect my paxi parcel,I found their doors closed,I opened cause their trading hours is stated 9am to 6pm,when I tried greeting,I never even got any respond and the consultants had so much attitude,one of the consultant even rushed to get the key to lock the door,the sad part I never even delayed anyone cause I even left the store at 17:59 after waiting patiently on the queue

Went to clicks mall ...

Went to clicks mall of the south,and was assisted by Kagiso,wasn't sure what I was looking for in a collagen,and he schooled me on different types of collagen and what they do,I felt so much at ease that I even told him that my eyes are sore due to his listening skills and Patience,he recommended I get eye drops and prevent the soreness of my eyes with blue block,everytime I use any gadget,I really appreciate his service cause service is rare nowadays..I'll continue shopping at this specific store because of him.What a wow moment💕

I'm not one to give ...

I'm not one to give reviews but the hand in hand beauty advisers have amongst themselves had an impact in me,one lady was planting my hair,and it looked like it wasn't looking to the standard,one consultant called her colleague on the side,as soon as she came back she unplaited the hair,and restarted the process,when she was done I looked amazing,I appreciate their professionalism and respect for customers and understanding that whatever they do it must be worth the wait and money

Unreliable company

Vodacom has a tendency of ripping people off,if you take a contract for a certain amount you will not necessarily pay that amount but almost double,and be told about gigs you requested,which you know nothing about,worse the other phone that was told I requested gigs doesn't even have internet, theyre deceiving and conniving,worse their customer service sucks,before you could explain yourself to their consultants you would have spoken to almost over 8 consultants they hang up their phone,without even an attempt to get back to you Requested a settlement cause I cant do with their pathetic service,was promised to be sent a quote and nothing was done after having spent 2 hours on the phone I highly regret taking contract with vodacom
