Payflex - Missing In Action
Duplicate payment made to payflex in error. They not responding to my emails and I can never get through on the landlines. Appalling service to say the least.

Appalling Service
Over the past few days I have received appalling service from their parts dept w.r.t replacement of a faulty car battery as well as calling the service advisors more than 6 times to get a quote with my call just let you ring until thr call is ended.

RSAWEB Pull Up Your Socks
Called them a few times complaining about the latency on my fibre connection but unfortunately this is never resolved to my satisfaction. It's a situation of not receiving what you paying for with no accountability form the ISP.

Poor Service
I installed 3 units in as many vehicles recently, but Matrix staff has been very unhelpful in testing the panic remote buttons.I need peace of mind know they will respond of ans when required but I am very dissapointed to say the least, considering having the units removed.

Builders Warehouse Glen Eagles
I needed a 1 x 6m length of steel tubing which was advised online as in stock at Glen Eagles branch, however when I went to the store they had no stock and I had buy 2 x 3m length instead at double the cost as I needed it urgently.Long story short I complained and got a well rehe****d reply.I will not and have not since supported the store that's only interested in their bottom line.Good riddance.

ABSA Debt Review Dept non existent
I voluntarily canceled our debt review back in 2011 and the required documents was sent to ABSA Debt Review dept to do the removal.Low and behold no action was taken and we remain on debt review.What a mission it is to get them to do their jobs, they under the impression they are doing you a favour.It is sad that people cannot apply their minds or use common sense. Appalling service doesn't even describe the service I received.
