I placed an order with Uber eats and the driver called me to tell me that he is at reception with security but the order which cost R500 was not delivered. When I sent message to Uber support the response is that the driver tried to communicate with me .I called back immediately when the message shows arrived and he did not answer . Now they said he put the food in a save place .but the only photo I see is his hand with a plastic . It doesn't even show where the food was delivered. The driver name is Evo .
I have been with indwe insurance foe my household and car insurance. In the 2 times my husband got stuck the tow truck only come after 3 hours . The service is very poor imagine waiting from 4h30 until 7pm in the bushes with a car at a time like this .I am not happy and looking for another insurance .please help me with referrals we are paying for 3 cars and household and when we call for roadside assistance they don't care they will leave you in the street to be hijacked and kidnapped .what is 24hrs roadside assistance?
Poor service. From this Great Sound montana . Our TV was damage and we lost the slip the only thing we have is bank statement and the box that shows the despatch date .when we go to them they tell us there is nothing they can to retireve the slip because their system is crushed . So it's been 3months and our hisense tv is not working because hisense requires proof of purchase . Great Sound is bad it was my second TV buying from them and I will.never ever go buy anything from them again . HOW DO YOU TELL THE CUSTOMER THAT THE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO TO GIVE SERVICE . can they not do something to help us with hisense and proof of purchase as we have proof of dispatch and bank statement
This complaint has been on hold for the past 2 months and we don't have a way forward . The TV is at a credible service provider and cannot be fixed because hisense requires proof of purchase which we do not have but have the copy of the box and bank statement that shows the product was from kolonnade GREAT SOUND .all this was send but we still don't have answer to whether TV will be fixed or not because GREAT SOUND system has crushed . Hisense is also failing us as their customer we have 3 Hisense tv and we now wondering if it is a good decision to buy from Hisense anymore . The Hisense customer service is their duty to help us as their customers but no service at all
Very very poor service from vodacom.i want to cancel my 3 other contract including this fibre nonsense of theirs. They also have consultant from support service called Siya who will drop a phone on you. I pay for this wifi it's my hard earned money .vodacom is not supposed to treat like they are doing me a favour.
<p>Iam still shocked by one of respublica employees by the name of Nonkululeko or nkululeko. the lady needs some teaching in customer service and she does not know her job. Her and her colleques kicked my sister out or Res because of payment that does not reflect on their standard bank account but we have send proof of payment and statement that shows payment was made.i sent her proof of payment she requested bank statement i sent it only for her to tell me it is fake . i think FAKE is them scamming students smoney.She is very unprofessional and youwillnever get to the real owners of this RESPUBICA STUDENT LIVING .</p>
