Poor service & and an attitude from 1 of the cashiers.
I booked an appointment for my daughter Bongumusa Ngwenya at the Phillipi Junxion branch in Cape Town on the 11th of April 2025. The receptionist was so kind, patient and friendly and the Optometrist was just beyond polite. I can never thank them enough for the great service they provided, my daughter was so happy so am I. This was a free service yet the level of service provided was imacable.
I bought my meals at 20h21 pm and the cashier Olona 8781550 told me the waiting period is an hour. I came back at 22h06 to ask for my order she them told me to wait 6 more minutes, so we had a conversation cause she said an hour and I patiently waited. She told me she doesn't work at the kitchen so she doesn't know with an attitude, GOD knows I am a very patient person I am sooooo angry right now. Finally my good came with ice cold fries like really Jennifer came to the rescue though very friendly lady & the lady making food.
What a worse service I got from PEP Phillipi Junxion Cape Town, from Phumla. I went to buy socks @ 9h07 before I started my **** at the Dentist. I asked her a question because I am new at this mall, I am not 100% sure about the rules when you are at work and need to be served and run. I greeted her, explained the situation that I am late & where I work can she assist me with buying this socks, did she not walk up & down telling me I am not working for the Dentist she always come at my work place I should know the rules at this time she is busy pasing around. I expected all from her cause she's a grown up woman, she could have addressed me personally and explain. As we do when they come to the Dentist we understand they are at work, so they need run. We always answer with proffesionalism, customer care is very important. She really ruined my day.
On the 25th June 2023, We bought 2 Wrapsta box enjoyed our chips and fresh meat. I wish I can say the same for the Wrapsta it came with no LETTUCE that made a huge difference so we drove back to KFC. The matter was handled with no professionalism, heard 1 person at the back " THEY BROUGHT IT BACK JUST BECAUSE OF A LETTUCE ". If I were to go there and tell them I am R5 short they must must not put sauce or LETTUCE they wouldn't, so why am I getting a slappy Wrapsta? I am so disappointed shame, we eat with our eyes good people.

I bought a phone at Mr Price Khayelitsha, Cape Town May 2022. A day after i bought the device cash, I received a call from a gentlemen claiming his calling from Guardrisk through Mr Price and he offered me this make believe insurance cover for my device. I got interested gave him my personal details, bank details, email address etc. I was promised my device will be covered in case of theft/lost or damaged. He then said he will send me the policy to read and he never did. Last month me and my 2 friends lost our devices while we were chilling with my cousins and her friends and other friends. My phone was on charge that's the time I saw it and when we asked everyone they denied, I then went to block my device and it was hassle free, I was told on steps to follow so that I can claim for this device and so I did. I went to Mr Price Promenade and the lady told me they couldn't pick up my name so I must call Guardrisk and I did a lady by the name of Megan Spykerman discovered that my email address was captured wrong so the policy was not sent to me. She then amended it and sent me the claim form, but advised me to go and claim the phone via Mr Price Khayelitsha and so I did. Days went by and I received a message stating my claim was registered, a few days after that I received another sms stating it has been declined with a telephone number attached to it for me to enquire. I called them and asked the reason why my device my claimed. The agent told me there are missing documents and asked me what happened and I told him. He then told me they will decline the claim cause there no forced entry and I should have read the policy it is stated there. Ok now where is this policy? I then got cut off and I called again another gentlemen answered I explained what happened He then told me they can not decline my claim if I did not receive the policy and he will escalate the matter to the Head office and promised to call after 3 hours and He never did. I called again the next day and a gentlemen by the name of Vusi told me I must write appeal and send me an email. I sent an appeal and there has been no response there after. I am so disappointed and frustrated because I am not getting help anywhere.
Timothy and the chubby sweet lady were exceptional. Enjoyed the Double big boss it's worth it....
Great service from DESIREE and the lady with a black and white bandana.... She's extremely sweet, our food took longer to come out, but I didn't mind waiting....
I have a complaint against a cashier, resulting to me not enjoying the meal. It's the second time we have the same issue, she not friendly at all. The cashier goes by the name Anam at Promenade branch. At first I thought she was having a bad but clearly this is in her nature. We arrived past at 9 and we were told she is running late, that I understand it happens to anyone. She arrived, she didn't greet nor smile, we placed our order & it finally arrived after few 14 minutes. Anam has no customer service non what-so-ever, the tall coloured guy who was mopping was friendly though
