Very bad service, 282 Mane Rd has not had internet for 1.5 weeks and 3 different times technicians have “repaired” the same fault and still no internet ????
I placed my order and nothing since then, I agree this is a ****
I ended my policy with Metropolitan in September 2020, they continued deducting the monthly payments???? I was then refunded R4000 that the they owed me. Now for December 2020 and Jan 2020 they deducted R2000 grrrrrrrr Then after I questioned them about the deduction I received an email that they will take 45days to refund, absolutely unacceptable I did reply to the email and received a non de-script with no answer, their call center is also impossible.
